Hello, You can improve your dry skin by good and healthy intake of food which should includes vitamin A, C, E and protein, lots of water, application of good sunscreen before going out. Choose mild soaps that have added oils and fats. Avoid deodorant and antibacterial soaps, which are especially harsh on dry skin. After washing or bathing, gently pat or blot your skin dry with a towel so that some moisture remains on the skin (never ever rub the area). Apply the moisturizer or lubricating cream while your skin is still wet or moist from bathing. Petroleum jelly is a good choice. Cover the treated areas with plastic wrap to keep the petroleum jelly from staining clothes and furniture. Use a portable home humidifier or one attached to your furnace to add moisture to the air inside your home. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines – Schwabe's Alfaalfa Tonic and Petroleum 200/ twice daily, take them for 1 month. Use Schwabe's Skin care bathing bar, Calendula & Aloe vera all purpose cream, Bakson's Body oil to be applied.

Infertility or subfertility among men is one such outcome of unhealthy lifestyle, and is on a rise these days. There are many biological factors which can affect a person's ability to father a child. However, in this piece I will only discuss the five most common and easily correctable lifestyle related factors, which affect the fertility in men. All these behaviors have the potential to adversely affect sperm production and/or maturation in men leading to poor count and/or quality of sperms. However, if addressed in time, these men can still regain their fertility potential and realise their dream of having a baby.

1.Body weight: obesity has a direct correlation with reduced fertility among both men and women. Unhealthy eating habits, minimal physical activity and genetic predisposition are three most important causes of obesity. Its important to understand that while no one can really address the genetic predisposition, it really are the other factors that allow genes to take an effect. So, if one can ensure having a balanced diet and adequate amount of physical activity, he can still keep the body weight under check.

2. Excessive caffeine intake excessive caffeine intake can affect the sperm motility, thereby reducing the speed of sperms and slowing down their journey inside a woman's body to reach the egg for fertilization. All this can be avoided by simply controlling the intake of caffeine. Please note that caffeine is found not just in coffee, but is present is big amounts in all carbonated and energy drinks. So, the trick is to avoid such drinks as much as possible.

3. Smoking: Smoking leads to dna fragmentation in the sperms, which increases the risk of miscarriage. Smoking also reduces the sperm motility, thereby reducing its potential to fertilize the egg. Smoking in the woman partner further reduced the fertility potential as it damages the dna in eggs also. I cant overemphasize on the need to immediately and permanently quit smoking in both the partners. One cant wait till the time they plan a pregnancy for quitting smoking - they have to do it now!

4. Alcohol consumption: its a myth that one can consume alcohol in moderate amounts and still remain healthy. Even so-called "moderate" alcohol consumption, generally defined as 30 - 60 ml per day, has a negative impact on fertility. Alcohol impact the sperm production process, thereby leading to reduced sperm count (called as azoospermia) and also affects the sperm maturation process, thus causing quality issues with sperms.

5. Stress: Its no secret that we live in an increasingly complicated world, which gives us not just physical but also serious mental stress. Mental stress and tension create a cycle of negative emotions and affect all the cognitive functions in the human body. Stress doesn't allow proper erection, which is essential for a successful effort at intercourse. One should try and remain as stress-free as possible and can also try stress busters such as yoga and meditation for a healthier lifestyle.

33- चोकर खाने से शरीर की प्रतिरोधकशक्ति बढ़ती है। इसलिए सदैव गेहूं मोटा ही पिसवाना चाहिए।
34- फल, मीठा और घी या तेल से बने पदार्थ खाकर तुरन्त जल नहीं पीना चाहिए।
35- भोजन पकने के 48 मिनट के अन्दर खा लेना चाहिए । उसके पश्चात् उसकी पोशकता कम होने लगती है। 12 घण्टे के बाद पशुओं के खाने लायक भी नहीं रहता है।
36- मिट्टी के बर्तन में भोजन पकानेसे पोशकता 100% कांसे के बर्तन में 97% पीतल के बर्तन में 93% अल्युमिनियम के बर्तन और प्रेशर कुकर में 7-13% ही बचते हैं।
37- गेहूँ का आटा 15 दिनों पुराना और चना, ज्वार, बाजरा, मक्का का आटा 7दिनों से अधिक पुराना नहीं प्रयोग करना चाहिए।
38- मनष्य को मैदे से बनीं वस्तुएं (बिस्कुट, ब्रेड, पीज़ा समोसा आदि) कभी भी नहीं खाना चाहिए।
39- खाने के लिए सेंधा नमक सर्वश्रेष्ठ होता है उसके बाद कालानमक का स्थान आता है। सफेद नमक जहर के समान होता है।
40- जल जाने पर आलू का रस, हल्दी, शहद,घृतकुमारी में से कुछ भी लगाने पर जलन ठीक हो जाती है और फफोले नहीं पड़ते।
41- सरसों, तिल,मूंगफली या नारियल का तेल ही खाना चाहिए। देशी घी ही खाना चाहिए है। रिफाइंड तेल औरवनस्पति घी (डालडा) जहर होता है।
42- पैर के अंगूठे के नाखूनों को सरसों तेल से भिगोने से आँखों की खुजली लाली और जलन ठीक हो जाती है।
43- खाने का चूना 70 रोगों को ठीक करता है।
44- चोट, सूजन, दर्द, घाव, फोड़ा होने पर उस पर 5-20 मिनट तक चुम्बक रखने से जल्दी ठीक होता है।हड्डी टूटने पर चुम्बक का प्रयोग करने से आधे से भी कम समय में ठीक होती है।
45- मीठे में मिश्री, गुड़, शहद, देशी (कच्ची) चीनी का प्रयोग करना चाहिए सफेद चीनी जहर होता है।
46- कुत्ता काटने पर हल्दी लगाना चाहिए।
47-बर्तन मिटटी के ही परयोग करन चाहिए।
48- टूथपेस्ट और ब्रश के स्थान पर दातून और मंजन करना चाहिए दाँत मजबूत रहेंगे ।(आँखों के रोग में दातून नहीं करना)
49- यदि सम्भव हो तो सूर्यास्त के पश्चात् न तो पढ़े और लिखने का काम तोन ही करें तो अच्छा है ।
50- निरोग रहने के लिए अच्छी नींद और अच्छा(ताजा) भोजन अत्यन्त आवश्यक है।

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month.
