I have pain in nerves near about my intercourse membrane and I also have back pain, When I am walking there no pain at all, But when ever I can sit down for some time (3/4) minutes and get there will pain again on both, Back and near interosseous membrane But when I am walk there is no after 5 to 6 seconds, When ever I am trying to touch my foot again there is pain, I can run easily with no problem at all after running I can stretch and there is no pain, If I am trying to stretch without running I have pain what is this? Is that problem of over weight, My weight is 97kg and height is 5.8"

Yes it might one of the cause do not try without stretching as it is very harmful to muscles prone to fatigue and other pathological problems for back pain do take ift and laser therapy for 10 days followed by strengthening exercise from neuro physiotherapist best wishes.

Some days you do rest light wait & comfortable wear shoes either shilper you take hot water then towel deep in hot water then round on knee you feel after some days pain is remove but you feel pain you take any pain killer you can also physiotherapy some days a physiotherapist give you wex us tenc & exercise you feel more batter OK.

Problem and pain both things are different ok if only problem then stretch your back muscle and avoid forward bending and heavyweight. Spine extension exercise. If pain take physiotherapy for few days and start exercise.

Follow advises given below 1. Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered trainer) 3. You can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4. Maintain proper posture of body while watching tv/ studying get cervical x ray ap and lateral done and review with reports.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Dear user. Lower back pain aapke sex life pe asar nahi karega. TO CAUSE PREGNANCY on a woman, sperm should be ejaculated inside the vagina or fresh sperm should be inseminated inside the vagina with some means during the fertility period of the woman. There are many determinants of pregnancy. You should be sexually matured. Your partner should be sexually matured. The period of your partner should be in the fertile stage. Her egg and your sperm cells should healthy enough. Then her uterus should be capable to get conceived. If all these were satisfied, the pregnancy could be a result. Take care.

I went through the tibia surgery in which they have inserted rod inside tibia to integrate the fracture. It's been 4 years for the operation. Should I go for reverse operation to extract that rod. I mean is it necessary to eliminate or I can continue with the same.

There is no need to remove the implant unless there are some symptoms related to it. Implant removals are tricky and unpredictable operations which take almost as much time as the original surgery.

Physiotherapy can help you in here. You need take pain relief modality. Once your pain subsides little you can start with exercises. And gradually progress to strengthening of your muscles.

I had typhoid twice this year. Now I dont have fever, but my body is not supporting. I have pain in my bones, joint, belly pain, tension, also chakkar and behoshi. Treatment at first includes regular ice, Do it for 20-30 minutes every 3 to 4 hours for 2 to 3 days, or until the pain is gone, together with reduced mileage or rest. Addressing the causes is likely to include ensuring that shoes have adequate cushioning and stability, and building up training mileage slowly. Take anti-inflammatory painkillers. Do range-of-motion exercises. To strengthen the muscles of the lower leg, place a weighted ring on your foot. Point your foot up, in and out 10 times; perform three sets. The pain usually subsides as fitness improves. Go to physiotherapist to identify and treat issues in your legs or running mechanics that may be causing pain. A therapist can also help ease the pain and guide your return to sport. Best wishes.
