May be you need to go for a scan if the pain n does not subside. You can try Homeopathy which can relieve your pain without any side effects. U need to start exercise to overcome your condition so dat you can sleep better. Small roll of napkin underneath your neck ll do good.

Don't put undue strain on knee joint. Massage regularly with kethakeemooladi tailam followed by hot fomentation. Have mutton soup regularly.

I had some pain in my left arm on 30th Dec 2016. Now I can not raise or move it. The fore-hand (elbow to palm it is normal). The right hand is normal which is being used for regular work. There is no pain now. What should do to make left hand work normally?

As we get older our body starts to deceive us and we are forced to face many types of inconveniences. Joint pain is very often present in the elder years.
The first symptoms are the symptoms of inflammation which are redness, swollen joints warm to touch, loss of joint function, stiffness and the most unbearable symptom the joint pain.

The main reasons for inflammations are the toxins and other waste products present in the metabolic system.

In order to get rid of them we need to cleanse our body and the best way for us to do this is by using herbs from the nature.

The following herbs will help you a lot to reveal joint pain:

1. Burdock Root

The essential fatty acids are known as best thing for joint pain. You can consume them by consuming Burdock root. They are full with fatty oils.
The anti inflammatory properties of this herb will calm the inflammation which will reduce the pain.

You can combine this herb with food, or you can dry the rood and put it in boiling water and leave it like that for about 10 minutes. Strain and rinse it while is warm.
If you want to make things simple you can always take it in a form of capsule.

2. Turmeric

This herb is very good when you have any kind of inflammation, it will help you to reduce the pain really quickly.
It’s a god substitution for the pills doctors prescribe to people when they have joint pain.
You can use it in milk and in your food.

3. Ginger

Ginger is one more herb in the row of herbs that help when you have some kind of inflammation, but the difference is that it also contains anti rheumatic agent.
It functions in that way that blocks the activation of COX2 and TNF – the inflammatory mediators.
You can use it with your food, or can have it in tea.

4. Flax

Fats from animal sources are one of the reasons for inflammations for people with arthritis.
The omega3 in vegan form that are part from the flax are great for fighting this type of inflammation.
All you should do is to consume ½-1 tablespoons each day.
Be aware that boiling or cooking might damage the Omega3.


And if you suffer from irritable condition consuming seed can make the condition worse so in such a case consume only the oil.

Sir aaj se 45 days pehle ek accident main mere right knee ke ligament main partial tear aaya Tha MRI main. Tabse ab tk main medicines kha ri hu aur kuch exercises bhi krti hu, kafi aaram hai ab chalne firne main but dard ab bhi bhot rehta h .mere doctor ne to mujhe surgery suggest ki hai .but I don't want to undergo an operation so please suggest me ki Kya ye apne aap thik nh ho sakta Kya?

Hello lybrate-user, Please don't worry about partial tear. As when I was 25 I met with an accident and had ACL partial tear. I gave rest for 3 weeks and then did strengthening vigorously. And now in 33 I'm all fine and I run with my children and sit on the floor. Do just exercises is not enough but proper exercises are which required .meet a Physiotherapist start strengthening. Take care.

Knee pain can come from injuries including sprains, swollen or torn ligaments, meniscus or cartilage tears and runner's knee. Pain in both knees is more common with arthritis, osteoarthritis, gout or pseudo gout, usually later in life. You need to consult physio for better treatment. I advise you to treat this prob use quadriceps and hams exercises, and use medicine twin stem sachet, aloevera, salakhi, suth/guggal, calcium c3. You feel better and your prob solve asap.
