1.Eat high fibre diet like fruits, vegetables, beans, boiled/sprouted moong dal, whole grain rice, whole wheat pasta, whole meal breads, multi grain chapatti, oats. 2.Avoid foods which are high in fat. Choose lean meats like fish, chicken. 3.Eat on schedule 4.Drink plenty of water, 8-10 glasses daily, Avoid alcohol/caffeine 5.Take regular physical exercise 6. Stick to a regular timing for going to toilet. 7.Take 2 tsf of softovac SF/Naturolax powder with warm water at bed time or syrup Duphalac 15 ml twice daily for few days 8.If you have chronic constipation, you may have to do colonoscopic examination after consulting gastroenterologist.

Exercis and diet control is only the way to reduce weight. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach. Consult doctor.

Few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - if pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - if the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause and if the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - if the pain is associated with either low or high bp or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination.

Although Type-2 diabetes has a strong genetic component, diet and lifestyle significantly affect the likelihood that the disease will manifest and influence its course after diagnosis. The risk for type 2 and gestational diabetes can be decreased by avoiding overweight and by following specific dietary practices.

Populations that follow traditional diets low in animal fat and high in complex carbohydrates and who remain physically active have a far lower incidence of diabetes than those who follow a western diet and activity pattern. The incidence of diabetes has been found to be lower in vegetarians than non vegetarians.

A higher intake of dietary fiber, particularly in the form of fruits and vegetables, results in lower postprandial glucose. In addition, high-fiber diets often contain micronutrients important in glucose tolerance, including magnesium and Vitamin E.

sir go for a complete detox of ur body with the help of ayurveda's Panchakarma therapy. It includes Abhyangam (Massage with medicated oils) n medicated steam bath. this wud rejuvenate ur body - improving ur work efficiency and bettering ur sleep. It will also strengthen ur nerves and muscles. These procedures will take out the harmful toxins out of ur body - cleansing ur body. Also take Shirodhara which would completely take the stress out of ur body and u will feel light, fresh and full of energy. strictly avoid all junks, oily -spicy food, pickles if u r eating, drink lots of water, juices or daily have fresh fruits. try to keep ur bowel clear. My mother is paralised in right side at 01january 2015 at 8 pm. We are taking treatment continue till today. But we could not got recover setisfactory. Mr. lybrate-user, RBS 102 mg is normal blood glucose level. If a persoe does not suffer with diabetes, then in his body Insulin takes care of glucose metabolism effectively. Only thing is one should take a properly balanced diet avoiding too much of sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, other bakey items and sweetened aerated drinks. Also refrain from alcohol and smoking. Exercise regularly so as to maintain normal weight. Thanks.

Bad breath is due to your upset stomach. So take balance diet. Stop spicy and oily food and food from outside. Drink plenty of water and do excersise.

Dear Mr Rohit.....You must have heard the saying PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE....That proverb is exactly related to Diabetes.Once you are diagnosed with diabetes then be sure to maintain a carbohydrate-less diet and take medicines for the rest of life....If you can maintain your diet and walk for at least 1 hour a day then may be your blood sugar level normal, but it will always tend to rise....If you are suffering from diabetes then your first priority should be not to higher your blood sugar level.....If your blood sugar level gets rising continously then you may turn into an INSULIN DEPENDANT DIABETIC patient.....in that case you have to take Insulin hormane daily from external means.....So, I would advise to maintain a carbohydrate-less diet and a walk for 1 hour daily in case you are diagnosed with diabetes
