May be due to strain, long standing, bad posture, and calf stiffness anyway. Avoid home remedy do wax therapy and ultrasonic therapy after 3 days start stretching exercise of calf muscle avoid long standing and keep equal balance on leg.

Start walk every day. And don't stand and sit on one place for long time, avoid weight lifting. Rest is the best treatment.

First look at your chap pal. Is it of hard sole. If so change it wear chap pal of soft coushioned sole. If you are not getting relief then revert back with details so that you may be cured.

Please take led. Pal. 30 / 5 drops in little water thrice a day for one month. Calcarea fluor 6x / 4 tabs thrice a day for one month. Keep a 10 to 15 minutes gap in between these medicines. Revert back after one month with feedback.

backache may be due to poor posture,nutritional deficiency specially calcium deficiency,lack of exercise and over weight.so first always keep posture straight.do exercise and yoga regularly.take calcium rich diet.

If you are having problem since 3 months, it would be best to avoid this competition. First visit a hand surgeon, get proper diagnosis. Only after you are pain free, go to competition. Otherwise you may risk your career.

Sir I have pain in back from 2 years I have mri report but no nuro problem but I lift some more weight so Dr. Say stretch in muscles. Sir there is continuous pain in back and when pain is more then pain in leg bone difficult to walk sometimes. I consulted Dr. Again he advised for exercise. what is your opinion ?

Dear patient you've written very less regarding your problem though but try doing the isometrics of the back muscles and active bridging exercises. Initiate bridging bilaterally without resistance and progress to resisted bridging bilaterally followed by unilateral resisted bridging. Cat'n'camel exercise will help you to self mobilize the spine which will surely help reducing the pain. Avoid core strengthening and weight bearing exercises of legs. And do use ls belt all the time when you" re walking or standing.

Hello docter, Mere pau par tractor ki tyre chal gyi thi 2 din pehle jisse bht jyada swelling aur pain ho rhi thi. Maine jb docter ko dikhaya toh wo x-ray kiye, aur x-ray report mai minor crack btaya lekin phir bhi mere left pau par plaster karwa diye aur aaj mere feet par choti choti pani wali fori ho rhi hai aur swelling bhi kam nhi huwa hai aur skin bhi kala ho gya hai. please advice me ki ye plaster kb tk khul sakta hai aur koi dikkat toh nhi hai na. please rply.

Dear Neha, Namaskar. Aapka plaster kab khulna chahiye yeh tou lagane wale doctor se hi puchna chahiye...vaise generally minor cracks mai'n 3 weeks kafi hota hai.... aap ko bistar par let kar apne left leg ke neeche 2-3 takiye rakh kar aaram karna chahiye aur apne pair ki Ungaliyo'n ko nirantar chalate rehna chahiye ussi se swelling kam hogi.... Jah'n tak phunsiyo'n aur skin ke kalepan ki baat hai tou yeh ek Gambhir baat bhi ho sakti hai... Iss liye aap apne doctor se sampark kare'n tou behtar hoga...Take care.

Hi Thanks for your query and Welcome to Lybrate. I am Dr Akshay from Fortis Hospital, New Delhi. Your father has a chronic back pain problem since 2 years and must be evaluated in detail. There are many causes of pain in lower back region. It can be due to faulty posture, related to weak muscles, issues with Intervertebral Disc, narrowing of Spinal canal, any Bony instability besides many other , so accurate diagnosis is the key to proper management of the condition. You will have to elaborate your problem as to a detailed discussion of your back pain which means duration of pain and mode of onset.I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias ( electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. knee pain at this age is mostly due to osteoarthritis that is due to wear and tear of the joints Advice her not to over bend the knee, avoid squatting position. She should take calcium supplement. Taking akhroat is also good for joints consult in Homeopathy for medicine.

its usually due to softening of the articular cartilage (lining cartilage) of the knee cap joint, which is not uncommon in females. This is usually due to harmonal inflence. Weight reduction and Quadriceps strengthening exercises help a lot. avoid sitting on the floor and squatting. If despite these pain persists then you should be examined by an ortho surgeon

Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.

Take rest for few days. Restart gradually build & up stamina. It could be OA/Obesity DO hot fomentation. Any way take Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS You will need other supportive medicines also. Contact me again if needed. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Homoeopathic cream SPONDYAID ( BAKSON) Drink 10 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes.

Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. Start natural calcium supplement. Do regular stretching exercise In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. This will give you relief in mild to moderate cases. give feedback after 10 days
