Physical exercising help release endorphins in the body which are stress fighting hormones and help in relieving stress. Here is a list of fun physical exercises that working moms can choose their work-out regimen from and enhance their mental health. 

  1. High energy activities: High energy aerobic exercises lead to an increased heart rate, which results in production of more endorphins that make the body fight stress naturally. They include running, skipping, dancing, etc. These also improve physical and mental health. 
  2. Yoga: Yoga is excellent for stress relief. It involves movement and stationary poses or postures, along with breathing exercises. Yoga enhances the body's natural response to relaxation, making your life healthier. 
  3. Tai Chi: Tai chi involves a series of flowing movements of the body along with breathing. Having its roots in martial arts, Tai Chi provides efficient stress relief. 
  4. Pilates: This exercise involves a series of movements and exercises performed on a mat. Pilates enhance strength, flexibility, endurance and immunity of the body.

Pain in stomach is just a symptom and it may be present in many conditions and diseases. Most common are indigestion, hyper acidity, constipation, ulcer and many more. Vegetarian vs Non Vegetarian Diet - Which is Better?

There has been an intense debate, which is in the loop for years and has been raging back and forth regarding the deficiencies of a vegetarian diet versus the perils of a non-vegetarian one. This heated debate is both accurate as well as unfounded. Probably, that’s the entire reason it is still a debate. In fact, if you look into the diet of both groups, you will be able to identify the fact that, there is a space for healthy living in both.

Vegetarian Diet

In a vegetarian diet, the food intake of a person is confined to a large variety of foods derived from plants along with milk and dairy. And, any form of meat and products derived from animals are completely avoided.

Pros

  • Vegetarians have been noted to consume lesser amount of proteins, but they do not suffer from problems related to a high protein diet, such as osteoporosis (characterized by brittle and weak bones) and kidney failure.
  • The diet includes high level of antioxidants such as vitamin E & C as well as carotene, which is available in vegetables and fruits.
  • Additionally, they consume less amount of saturated fats.

Cons

  • Deficiency of vitamin B12 is common amongst vegetarians, as it is mainly available in meat, eggs and fish. Deficiency of vitamin B12 can yield rare symptoms such as increased fatigue, shortness of breath and a temporary loss of body balance.
  • Lack of protein, as stated above, along with iron and zinc deficiency is also common. 

Symptoms of protein deficiency can be troublesome and include signs like

  1. Sluggish metabolism
  2. Loss of body muscles (as the body tries to derive the regular protein intake from your muscles, thus making them weak),
  3. Trouble gaining or losing weight
  4. Persistent fatigue
  5. Longer healing time in case of wounds and injuries
  6. Pain in joints
  7. Drastic changes in blood sugar level that might result in diabetes
  8. A weak immune system makes you vulnerable to all kinds of diseases.

Non-vegetarian Diet

A non-vegetarian diet includes all forms of plant foods as well as foods and by-products that are derived from animals, such as poultry, fish, meat, etc.

Pros 

  • Vitamin B12 is present in adequate level since they are derived from sources such as meat, eggs and fish. Adequate intake of proteins is never an issue for  non-vegetarians

Cons

  1. Meat products are loaded with saturated fats, which increase the risk of heart diseases. Studies have shown that people consuming non-vegetarian diets:
    • Have shorter lifespan and are more vulnerable to chronic diseases.
    • Tend to develop diabetes, heart diseases and hypertension.
  2. Usually non vegetarians eat less amount of vegetables and fruits than what is recommended.

I am suffering from gall bladder multiple polyps and GERD, maximum size of polyp is 5 mm since almost 2 years. I experience some pain under my right rib cage or upper right abdomen side oftenly and not always. Since its (polyp) more then 5 mm, better to get removed surgically, ayurveda have medicines and panchkarma treatment too for it but it take long to get visible result. Since that place rt upper side below rib cage is site of gall bladder it pushes liver so you experience pain in that perticular area.

Follow these best tips to get relief from stomach problem - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking food, do not sleep in day.

Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Recommend - avoid spicy or oily food, drink plenty of water, wash face 3-4 times a day kali brom- 30, 3 times a day 5pills sulphur 30 in the morning before breakfast calendula q - 15-20 drops in half cup of water apply as a lotion you get all of these medicine in homoeopathic medical shop. After 10 days give me feedback. Homoeopathic treatment provides you clean, fine skin tone.

Sorry for previous anwer. Pl. Avoid sweat meal. High salty foods, high fatty / oily foods, take whole grain foods, do exercise in morning, go for walk daily, avoid stress.
