Hi, Your physician has given you the right medicine, i.e. For acidity. It seems to be because of that only. Stomach acids are necessary for the digestion of food. However, if too much acid develops in the stomach, it can cause acid reflux (heartburn) or a disease called gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Obesity, pregnancy, and other medical conditions can also lead to increased stomach acid. Management: - Avoid fried, fatty, spicy food, chocolates, tomatoes and citrus fruits. - Eat smaller, more frequent meals. - Give your digestive system an assist from gravity by not eating too close to bedtime. Wait at least 3 hours after eating before you lie down. - Lose excess weight. - Avoid alcohol and caffeinated beverages. - Stop smoking. Smoking interferes with digestion and can damage the lining of the esophagus. - Wear loose fitting clothes. Tight waistbands compress the internal organs and may block digestion. - Raise the head of your bed 4 or 5 inches higher than the foot. - Get enough sleep. Try sleeping on your left side. - Avoid stretching or bending after meals. - Chewing your food thoroughly makes it easier to swallow and digest, thus reducing or preventing symptoms of heartburn. - Drink plenty of water. Water has a neutral pH, which can help neutralize stomach acids and help your body absorb nutrients easily. Medication: Take Homoeopathic medicine – Natrum Phos. 6X/ thrice daily 1/2 an hour after the meals. Revert.

My penis size is small about 4.5 inches. Please tell me how to increase it to at least 6 inches.

PDDM, MHA, MBBS
General Physician, Nashik
My penis size is small about 4.5 inches. Please tell me how to increase it to at least 6 inches.
The average size of the erect/aroused penis ranges from 3.2 inches to 6.5 inches, but even lower sizes don't make a difference to the ability to have sex, please one's partner or have children. The aroused female vagina only extends between 3 to 4 inches, and even here, the most sensitive parts are towards the outside. Girth is a little more important, but most important is how you use it. So please focus on the person you are with and make sure your partner enjoys the experience - there is really nothing more important than that in sex. Anyone who tells you that size is important doesn't really know what he is talking about. The only way to increase penis size or girth (thickness) is through surgery, but this is painful and risky. None of the medicines marketed to increase penis size work and they are a waste of money.

I am doing masturbation for 10 years and I want to stop it but I also want to have sex. Please help me.

PDDM, MHA, MBBS
General Physician, Nashik
I am doing masturbation for 10 years and I want to stop it but I also want to have sex. Please help me.
Masturbation is regarded as a normal, healthy sexual activity. In general, the medical community considers masturbation to be a natural and harmless expression of sexuality for both men and women. It does not cause any physical injury or harm to the body, and can be performed in moderation throughout a person's lifetime as a part of normal sexual behavior. It will not affect you or your ability to have children in the future. If you wish to reduce the frequency of masturbation: It originates from brain, due to thinking about sex. Hence: ·     Do not watch adult material. ·     Concentrate more on your studies or work. ·     Exercise regularly.

Mr. lybrate-user, Your blood glucose levels show that you are in pre-diabetes stage. At this stage, there is no treatment required. What is needed is adapting a changed lifestyle as being done by you. You will have to exercise daily so that weight is maintained near 70 kgs, waist line should be <85 cms. Take healthy balanced diet. Avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries and other bakery items, sweetened aerated drinks, fructose corn syrup containing food products and highly processed foods. Consume good deal of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. Avoid items made of maida and other refined flours. Refrain from smoking and alcohol. Thanks.
