If it looks like a dry patch, it can be pityriasis alba. It is common in children and young adults. Apply nandiderm cream on it. Eat healthy fruits. Use sun screen before going out. If you think it is a bright white patch (like vitiligo) and might be spreading, then see a dermatologist asap.

Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Practice yoga daily and regularly for your whole life and you will gradually and slowly will feel the difference! Yoga-asanas sp. breathing exercises like Pranayam, Kapal-bharti, Anulom-Vilum, etc. and many more (but PLEASE DO IT UNDER SOME QUALIFIED YOGA-TEACHER ONLY). Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night.

Hello, If they are open pores, so follow as per below points. Open pores can be the result of lack of proper cleansing resulting in the deposit of oil, dirt or even dead skin in your pores. It is extremely important that you follow the ritual of a face clean at least once a week which includes a massage with a cream, exfoliation for the removal of dead skin cells and a face pack to close the pores opened while the process of exfoliation. This basic routine makes sure that your skin is always prepped up, cleansed and clear of impurities. - Lemons are one of the most widely used herbal remedy to shrink the open pores as they naturally tighten the skin and brighten it too. -Fruits like Papaya are best known for their exfoliation properties. Using a papaya for cleaning the face not only scrubs away all the impurities but also helps in removing black heads and other impurities of the skin. -Egg whites work as natural dryers of the skin and thus they greatly help in shrinking the pores and helping with the problem of open pores. -Another way of dealing with the problem of open pores is yoghurt. -Fuller’s earth is an excellent medium to control excessive oil and cleansing the skin gently and deeply. -Natural Astringent: there are several other natural astringents which can be used on the skin for the treatment of open pores like peach, pineapple, orange, strawberries and other citrus fruits. Apart from these, you can also use rose water and aloe vera gel for open pores.

I am 28 years old man. I have been met with blood cancer. Would you suggest me about the precaution dealt with this disease. How can I deal with hair loss caused by cancer treatments? Suggest me some to the top hospitals for chemotherapy.

Blood cancer needs to be treated by chemotherapy under supervision of medical/ hemato oncologist. Hair loss is only temporary and they usually grow to its full length after chemo is completed. Place of treatment depends on your location as it would be most convenient to get treatment done near the place you stay as it is a long treatment and you have to frequently visit your doctor and some times there are emergencies like low blood counts, infection etc which needs emergency management. You if you stay in remote place then you can choose a metro city nearby.

A functioning adrenocortical tumor makes too much of one of the following hormones like cortisol. Aldosterone, testosterone, and estrogen--------too much testrosterone in female will form bald spots and baldness but in males baldness iss rare due to overproduction of testosterone--------------.

How to remove my pimples in my face and his marks also please give me a suggestion fastly.

MBBS, Diploma In Dermatology & Venerology & Leprosy (DDVL)

How to remove my pimples in my face and his marks also please give me a suggestion fastly.
Pimple never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e on scars. You may have heard that applying vitamin e to a scar will help it heal faster. But according to a study, applying the nutrient directly onto a scar can actually hinder its healing like daily apply night microbenz cream daytime use ahaglo facewash.

I have a dark marks on my face and I have used all types of face wash so please help me please.
Hello, there are various treatment for pigmentation marks. Like creams, chemical pees, lasers etc depending on depth. You can start initially on milder depigmentation creams which contain kojic acid, arbutin, niacinamide like Melaglow at night and use sunscreen three times a day. And depending on type of skin whether oily or dry you can choose a face wash. Consult a dermatologist.
