Sir my mouth smell so badly. I so brush two time in a day then also. Plze help me.
Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. 90% of bad breath is due to a dirty tongue. Kindly consult a physician & dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

In my teeth blood is bleeding why? Please help me.

BDS
Dentist,
In my teeth blood is bleeding why? Please help me.
Bleeding gum is due to various reasons for example:- -tooth infection -diabetes mellitus -iron overload -malnutrition -harmonal imbalance -use of aspirin and anticoagulants etc. I advice you visit a dentist once in every 3-4 month for plaque removal. Use soft bristle tooth-brush. Use floss twice a day it prevent plaque formation. Tooth paste with triclosan should be used. Use anti-plaque mothwash two times in a day for 15 days. A balanced healthy diet should be taken.

I am 25 years old and I am having sensitivity in my back tooth from past 6 months. What do I do?
A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling and / or root canal treatment. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. Until then apply a desensitizing paste (sensodyne tooth paste) on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min until you brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight will be better. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person.

My younger brother, who is 23 year old, he done braces on teeth 3year ago. His teeth went inside but not satisfactorily, dentist told him "your structure is out, u have to do a operation for that" that time financial condition was not well. In few years he will plan to get marry. So I want him to look normal as now his outside teeth will not effect his future or marriage proposal. Please suggest how it can b treated and how much approx cost of it?

MDS, BDS
Dentist, Delhi
We can sometimes achieve great results with Smile Designing procedures as well in such cases. Such a treatment will not involve any surgery and can be completed in a few days. But whether the case is suitable for such a procedure or not, is something we can comment on only after seeing him or his radiograph and photographs.

You have to get an x-ray done, a full mouth x-ray, (opg! and show it to a dentist. If there are carious teeth the dentist will help you to fill them and get your teeth restored. Also get scaling done at the dentists. If you visit mumbai you can visit my clinic too.

There are so many causes of bleeding gums - - brushing too hard - poor oral hygiene. - vitamin deficiency - taking blood thinners or other medications - bleeding or clotting disorders - mouth sores - other medical problems, including diabetes, heart disease, leukemia or scurvy few advice to stop bleeding gums-- - visit to a dentist for professional cleaning once in a year - use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! brush your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day and after meals. Hard brushing can further damage the soft tissues of your mouth. - floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque. - control bleeding by applying pressure to the area with a cold compress. - rinse with salt water to keep the area clean. - avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol, which can dry out your mouth.

I am worried about my eight I'd it OK of I have to work out and my teeth is paining simultaneity how to so it.
Wisdom teeth usually make their appearance between the ages of 17 and 21, though it's possible for them to push through earlier or later. Referred to as your" third molars, these four teeth begin to push through the skin like any other tooth, which can cause pain. However, wisdom teeth are much more likely to grow in at an incorrect angle – even sideways – causing impaction that can radiate this pain to the teeth in front of it.
