do you think it's normal to have pains & difficulties while walking long distances because of your sprained medial ankle even after 9 months of injury? Do you think it would affect him in future? I'm concerned because it's been 9 months & I sense that something is wrong & it's bothering me. Your support is highly appreciated.

Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired that can also be reason to have frequent sprains in the leg once the oxygen levels in the blood comes down it automatically leads to improper functioning of the joints and muscles. It is also due to vacuum created in the joints as once the body lacks oxygen automatically the body becomes arid and that is one reason to get frequent sprains in the leg. Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold(ice) therapy. Pain in the ankle is due to constant pressue which falls during standing and walking activities, as ankle is such a stong joint and it generaly leads to ankle dislocation in majority of the cases. After applying Ice, ankle brace to restrict the joint movement thereby it will make you to feel comfortable and also it will enhace quik healing. To divert the weight falling on the injured ankle you can improve the blood circulation to the particular injured area by doing hot water fermentation and I also suggest you to wear MCR chappals to divert the weight falling on the injured ankle.

Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5yogaraj guggul 1 tab before lunch and dinner this back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start. In ayurved there is mentioned one procedure kati basti. Do this for five days with medicated oil if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation. So consult ayurvedic doctor near you. You will definitely get good result.

Hi if you have localized back pain with - no neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs etc, my advice is: - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. - avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc - take an analgesic like diclofenac or something which suits your body for 5-7 days - take muscle relaxant for same time as analgesic to relieve muscle spasm - ice packs at the site of pain, muscle spasm - local analgesic spray can be used but no massage is required let me know in a week time how you are feeling. I will actually ask you to get x ray of involved region of spine (ap & lateral) and send reports across to me so that I can advise further in a better manner. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.
