Yes but actually joints are also paining so visit ortho doc Do contrast bath therapy twice a day for hand pain Apply hot fomentation for joints pain Take bath with lukewarm water adding salt to it Take calcium & vit D enriched foods.

first of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.dont drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.sinha nad guggul 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2.dashamularishta 2 tsp before lunch and dinner

take tab febutaz 1tab od for 15 days, avoid protein diet, milk and its product, paneer, cheese, non veg etc.drink 3-4 liter of water daily, morning walk for 1 hr daily, it will help you. thanks

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

If you are having problem since 3 months, it would be best to avoid this competition. First visit a hand surgeon, get proper diagnosis. Only after you are pain free, go to competition. Otherwise you may risk your career.

hello raj for treatment please provide your age & other reports XRAY & blood reports .1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
