Ingredients: 3 tablespoons of fresh cream 1 cup of white sugar 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1/2 cup of ground almonds 2 tablespoons olive oil directions: mix all ingredients well. Apply to dry face in a circular motion wash your face off with warm water, followed by cold water.

Daily morning surya namaskar 10 times before 8am (to make your mind healthy) drink fruit juices in morning (if possible have fresh fruit juices). Do not remain hungry at all. Keep eating at least 2 biscuits at 2 hours of intervals. Drink more and more water. And join swimming, which best for exercise of each and every muscles of our body (to make your body healthy) that give good tonicity to muscles and give natural glow. Try this for 1 month. You will definitely be helped by these steps.

Hello, take bovista 30 ch, 3 drops once daily in the morning and arsenic. Alb. 30 ch, 3 drops once daily in the evening. Revert after 7 days. Take care.

Hai sir/madam. I am Shahid from Vijayawada Andhra pradesh. Actually I have an serious issue, tan marks which are not going to leave me. And I am going to marry in coming two months I feel very embarrassing. Where my color inside of my clothes is white and outside is dark brown. And 2 years before I met with an accident with which a scar has been formed on my nose which is nearly 2 inches long is there any permanent treatment for the above mentioned problems.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

It may be Bartholin cyst, and can be cured by warm water wash or persist antibiotic cover may be require.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for fastly increase in stamina, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Lot of things to do. Soaps vil dry out your skin, so they r an absolute no. No vigorous rubbing of skin on face or body. Before bath, oil body with any oil be it coconut, olive. Use a soap free body wash or a dermatologically tested medical soap. After bath, pat dry within three minutes and apply moisturiser. Include dry fruits like almond, walnuts, figs, groundnuts. Have plenty of salmon, mackerel and sardine. Drink two litres of water. Have roasted flaxseeds. Use loose cotton clothes. Avoid woollen clothes directly on body. Use it over cotton clothes if required.
