Hello Doctor I am 31 year male. One year back I have tested TSH level and it was 8.9. And doctor prescribed me to take thyronorm 12.5 once daily. Recently from last 3 months I am getting skin rashes (red color with bumps and itching) and the frequency is increasing. Daily from last 3 months almost I am taking Cetzine and then only I getting some relief. So I thought may be my Tsh level increased and that is why I have done TSH test, and it turned up normal. So now doctor can you please help me out like why this is happening. I don't have any food allergy till date and not having anything new also recently.

You are suffering from sub clinical hypothyroidism and this has been revealed by the high TSH. Please continue taking Thyronorm at 12.5 daily. It is very difficult to pinpoint the source of the allergen and you must keep a careful watch on all food items/ drugs which aggrevate this condition. You must avoid anything under suspicion.

Hi lybrate-user. It does not seem that you are pregnant. Ipill does not result in bleeding soon after. In fact it can even the delay the periods for a long time depending on which phase of your cycle did you take the pill. I suggest you wait for your period and see. I'm sure you will get them soon. However if they get delayed by more than a week, do a home pregnancy test and check.

its known as premature ejaculation, its very common problem in men. Some time its related to the mental status or same time other. Please use the following tips. It will help you 1 the better option is to relax your mind and to increase timing you can do kegel's exercise also try the stop/start method 2 increase the amount of time spent during foreplay. Make sure the genitals are not rubbed against the other's body or on the bed as this might also lead to ejaculation 3. Use a condom preferably a thick one or extra time its easily avilable in market. This will reduce the sensitivity of the penis.

8 Ways In Which Menopause Affects A Woman's Body!

Menopause is characterized as the absence of menstrual periods for 12 months. It is the time in a woman’s life when the ovaries stop functioning. The periods then stop forever. The normal period of menopause is 51 years of age, however, menopause may happen as ahead of schedule i.e. as early as 30s or as late as the 60s.

There is a period of 12-24 months which is discribed as perimenopausal stage during which there is waxing and wanning of ovarian hormones. Ovarian hormones level can guide that whether a lady has attained menopause or not. Acceptance, and yoga, physical exercises will help to sail comfortably through menopause. This is what one call as "Gracefully Ageing"

There is no solid lab test to determine when a lady will encounter menopause. Here are a few ways in which menopause affects a woman’s body:

  1. Skin: Consequences of menopause include dryness, loss of flexibility, thinning of the skin and expanded wrinkling. These symptoms result in poor recovery from injuries, hair loss and pigmentary changes. Unwanted hair growth and acne may likewise happen. Wrinkling is caused by excessive smoking and sun exposure. One should stay away from smoking and sun exposure.
  2. Hair: Hormonal changes incorporate hirsutism (undesirable facial hair) or alopecia. Most ordinarily noted is the loss of scalp hair. Lower leg, pubic and axillary hair loss may also take place. I would suggest you join a gym to train for regular aerobic exercises .Also stop taking high calorie, oily and junk foods as well as chocolates and sweets.
