I have back pain for more than 6 years. I am 26 years old. How to get out of it.

I have back pain for more than 6 years. I am 26 years old. How to get out of it.
Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

It's always good to have a cray for a good diagnosis, but you can focus on isometric exercises of your back and strengthning of core muscles for pain you can use hot pack to reduce pain and if pain is too much you can use lumber belt

Hello, medication like methylcobalamine with muscle relaxant and analgesic will reduce pain; you can take them. I will advise to check your vit b12 and vit d3 level. Hope this answers your query. My mother is 48 years old and her knees pains alot. Please suggest what to do.
1.. Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. 2.. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire. 3.. Take one tablespoon of castor oil before going to bed, once or twice a week. It helps in cleansing ama (toxin) build up and balancing vata. 4.. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. 5.. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling. 6.Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). 7. Take 2 tab yograj guggul twice daily with luke warm water chew them well before swallowing.

Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x twice daily. Bhujang Asana x twice daily. Back Stretching.

Probably you are suffering from osteoarthritis.Take glucosamine 1500mg for six months.Alternatively you can have Rhumalya forte cps twice a day for six months.

Hello lybrate user I would like to suggest you do regular exercises of back and legs. Exercises should be gentle and smooth but according to physio advice. Whenever your back muscle becomes relax, pain-free & achieve good level of contraction (after fifteen days) then start some stretching and strengthening exs. Definitely exercise would be helpful to you.

I am a veg, aged 82 and having osteoarthritis in both knees (left more) for about an year. Unable to stand or walk for long. Even at rest the pain occurs occasionally. My weight is 88 k.G. I avoid using Indian commode and climbing stairs. Cannot sqat on floor.

Dear sir just take diet control to reduce your weight. Cycling will decrease your pain and improves overall mobility. Call physiotherapist at home to do a daily exercise. Do not be sedentary.

Lybrate-user, contusion will resolve with medicines and time. Partial thickness tear of acl can be managed conservatively if your activities do not involve heavy or impact sports. Meanwhile take analgesics and do hamstring strengthening exercises and knee rom exercises.

You will have to elaborate your problem as to a detailed discussion of your back pain which means duration of pain and mode of onset. I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias ( electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Shoulder pain tk heat fermentation twice a day and apply pain relief ointment avoid computer work and heavy weight. Foot pain. Heat fermentation with warm water and do calf stretching exercise avpi long standing.

I got an injury on my middle toe by playing football. It is sprained for two weeks. When I try to move my toes upside down. I get a cracking sound. Is it a problem? Or I should relax and give rest to my toes. My middle toe is bit inflated because of sprain. I used ice pack and volini. And I see improvement but the cracking sound and sprain worries me. Need help. Hope you will understand what I am trying to say.

You are in right way, do the ice pack thrice a day with 15 minutes sessions, volini twice day in a separate time 30 minutes after ice pack and take rest no walking and standing for long duration. Take ultrasonic therapy. Later on use warm foamentation in late phase.

Hi there are multiple causes for arm pain like. Muscular, tendonitis, ligament tear etc. It will be good if you visit physiotherapist or orthopaedic doctor for diagnosis. I am 68 year old. Since last six months I am feeling numbness in my left foot. Though I was diagnosed diabetic 5 years ago when I was operated for bypass surgery for my heart. But I took no medicine for diabetes as well as for heart as I feel myself perfect healthy except for the above mentioned condition.

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot fomentation twice a day. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take maha yograj guggul 1-1 after lunch and dinner. Avoid fermented food. Spicy food. Junk food. Eat green vegetables. Fuits. Drink minimum 7-8 glass of water everyday. Sleep for 7 hrs minimum. Do pranayama early morning. And do exercises.
