How to hide veins of my hand. When my hand is in downward position veins of my hand and wrist comes out it seem like they would come out. But when I put my hand up all the veins disappears. They are of green colour and thik in size. Weight is 61 kg height 5'11 age 20. And when my hand is cold veins didn't come out at that condition also. Help me in hiding so same in case of legs also?

Wear crepe bandage and also get a colour doppler test done to rule out the cause and Get your vital parameters of the body checked from a nearby doctor and revert back with findings

What should I take for pain in my back ?

take hot fermentation. if the pain is sever then take hot and cold fermentation (1 min each). u have to do twice or thrice in a day and do it for 1 week. if it still pains then see some good physiotherapist. Thank you.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It may have to be further investigated. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again. Contact your family doctor or nearest hospital for emergency help.

Change your work place or do work in breaks. Working in single position for prolonged time is create more load on joints n muscles. And in standing position it disturbs your circulation also. Do some physical exercises stretching n strengthening for lower limbs muscles. Or consult nearer physiotherapist doctor.

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult privately after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

Dear ahmed, continue with calcium tablets once a day, expose your self to sunlight in the morning hours, do some back strengthening and leg excercises, if possible inferential therapy as well. It will reduces pain.

I am 30 years old and a bit obese I weigh nearly 100 kilos. But I don't feel any issue with walking or running short distances. Now a days I am seeing a strange issue my legs will become swollen by evening and I feel my leg is aching. I will have to sleep for half an hour for getting reduction in symptoms. Leg exercise kijiye daily I hope you will fit and fine………………………………………………. Basic Leg Exercises The following Basic Leg Exercises should generally be performed 1 - 3 times per week provided they do not cause or increase pain. Ideally they should not be performed on consecutive days, to allow muscle recovery. As your strength improves, the exercises can be progressed by gradually increasing the repetitions, number of sets or resistance of the leg exercises provided they do not cause or increase pain. Swiss Ball Squats Begin this leg exercise in standing with your feet shoulder width apart, your feet facing forwards and a Swiss Ball placed between a wall and your back (figure 1). Slowly perform a squat, keeping your back straight. Your knees should be in line with your middle toes and should not move forward past your toes. Then slowly return to the starting position maintaining good posture throughout the exercise. Perform 1 - 3 sets of 10 repetitions provided the exercise is pain free Lunges Begin this leg exercise standing with your back straight in the position demonstrated (figure 2). Slowly lower your body until your front knee is at a right angle. Keep your front knee in line with your middle toe and your feet facing forward. Then slowly return to the starting position maintaining good posture throughout the exercise. Perform 1 - 3 sets of 10 repetitions provided the exercise is pain free Hip Abduction Sidelying Begin this leg exercise lying on your side in the position demonstrated (figure 3). Keeping your back and knee straight and foot facing forwards, slowly take your leg upwards tightening the muscles at the side of your thigh / hip (abductors). Hold for 2 seconds and then return to the starting position. Perform 1 – 3 sets of 10 repetitions on each leg provided the exercise is pain free. This exercise can be progressed by adding an ankle weight to your ankle for increased resistance.

As you said yourself that you are studying for many hours it is the most possible reason for it. The aggravating factors could be bad posture, bending position for long hours without break is detrimental to spinal health. Please use ergonomics for proper posture and position of your books while reading or writing to relive your pain. Follow neck exercises daily and heat therapy for the pain at trigger points. Bending for long duration should be avoided. Rotation of the head in all directions possible should be done at frequent intervals. Keep yourself hydrated with atleast 3litres of water every day this helps in the long run and relieves tension off your muscles.

I have pain in my wrist. I've been to two Orthos, have taken Xray and done Sonography but havent found any issues. I have gone through some physiotherapy sessions too, but to no avail. It only pains when I bend my hand backwards beyond a certain degree. I can still live with it, but just wondering what it could be and what can I do to cure it. My guess is that I may have some deficiency like calcium, etc.

May be the screen resolution and lights are giving your eyes discomfort. In general, working long hours on screen/omputer can lead to a condition called computer vision syndrome. Relax your eyes in between work. Blink regularily if working for long time on computer. Lower the brightness of your screen. Work under adequately illuminated conditions. Also try to blink your eyes properly while work. Use good tear substitutes like genteal 4 times a day. And anti glare screen for your system. Use eyedrops genteal 3 times a nd zoneph 4 times a day. Get your refraction done and wear spectacles eat green veggies. Carrots. Papayas, mangoes yellow fruits nuts butter. Strain less your eyes.
