Hi. Coconuts. Oil has cooling n pitta pacifying properties. It is very good for all skin issues. For infants you must give til oil /ghee /sarso oil massage for stronger bones. U should start swarn prashan for your kid. Consulting an Ayurvedic doc. It's good for overall growth n brain development take care stay healthy.

Hi .if I can't go for work out so excercise to b done on your seat. Cut portion size eat healthy whole fibre diet reduce salt intake post 7.30 eat a light dinner get your Prakriti analysed eat according to that.

Hi. U should exclusively breast feed your child for at least 4/5 months eat healthy then you can target your weight loss.

Keep a CHK on wat you eat? Eat whole grains, cereals,sprouts veg in your diet, eat according to your hunger .a little. Less than your appetite is required. Ayurveda says leave 1part for circulation. ,1/3liquid rest solid keep hydrated include good oils.

I am recently diagnosed as hypertension and having a history of diabetes. Now doctors advised me to take tab. Telam40/5 and cetaphjin 500 mg. Now my doc advised if I reduce my weight for 85 kg they will think to stop my medication (which is my preferable option). Can advise me on my diet. Am typically south indian.

Same type of oil is not recommended for while life .blending of oil is recommended. Various types available .in market. U can chose.
