Excessive sweating could be due to 1. Anxiety, nervousness 2 obesity, diabetes, thyroid problem, 3. Investigate yourself to rule out these diseases 4. Avoid anxiety, nervousness, tea/coffee, alcohol, spicy food, chocolate etc 5. Try some anti antiperspirant lotion or roll on 6. Consult skin specialist for advice.

On an average a person consumes nearly 800 calories daily from added sugar. This does not just include natural sugar found in fruits or milk but the processed sweet sugar as well, that is added to cakes, tea, coffee, confectionery and even pasta sauce and salad dressing. However, it is possible that you can limit your sugar intake or even quit it to get some truly amazing benefits.

When you take this hard decision, you may experience withdrawal symptoms such as mild depression, anxiety or restlessness. But if you remain adamant and continue with your decision, your body will soon show some incredible results that you couldn't have imagined.

Here are a few of them:

1. Your heart will beat happily

Sugar raises insulin levels that activate the responses of sympathetic nervous system thereby elevating your bp and heart rate. When you cut down on sugar, your ldl cholesterol will decrease by 10% and triglycerides will reduce by 20-30%. And your risk of heart attack will reduce manifold.

You might have got a tonsilitis. Open your mouth n see for any pus points. In throat area. If yes don use salt water or else use salt water to gargle. Put hot fomentation in throat external. Use even triphala for gargle. Take triphala guggulu tab1-0-1. Before food.

Hi i am suffering in Acidity heart burning problem in evening time last 4 years. When I taking a cyra d tablet the Acidity problem not showing 3 4 days. I have also decently from childhood. What can I do? Can I take the rabeprazole (cyra d) for long time.

Hi, you should take a diet which contains 1. High in fibre such as wheat, oats 2. Include more butter milk, curd, idley, dosa ect as it contains lactobasillus. 3 take fruit juices, plenty of water at least 8 glasses 4. Be sure that you get a good appetite before every meal. 5. Take 1 glass normal water soon after you wake up from bed. 6. Avoid all kinds of spicy, fried items, milk for at least 2 months 7. Avoid foods which are hard to digest. 8. Hi Diabetic are increasing due to many reasons. 1. Lifestyle is very bad - lot of junk foods, fast foods, sedentary lifestyle. 2. Many are not aware about pre diabetes which if detected early Diabetes can be prevented. 3. Not getting regular health checks done to screen for diabetes so that early detection can prevent diabetic complications. 4. When there is strong family history, lifestyle change has to be done early. EXERCISE: Daily brisk walking for 30min atleast 5 days a week, 3-5 Suryanamaskar a day, Breathing (pranayam)exercise for 15 min, Meditation for 10 min.

Hi drink some bitter gourd juice on an empty stomach each morning. First remove the seeds of two to three bitter gourds and use a juicer to extract the juice. Add some water and then drink it. Follow this treatment daily in the morning for at least two months. Take pranacharya diabeto and shilajeet capsule twice a day with water. Take vasant kusumakar ras twice a day. Avoid sweets. Take small meals in less time interval. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption.

Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time . 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

It may gas-distention trouble due to indigestion. Have simple bland food (Khichadi) for next few days avoiding junk, oily, spicy fried and deep-fried food items. Drink lot of water. Add Jeera, Ajwain, Sonth in your food items – these herbs prevent gas formation. Reduce intake of tea – coffee. Instead you can have green tea. Do not lye-down or sit immediately after having meals. Have a walk instead. Maintain good bowel habits. Have more of Coconut Water, Gulkand etc to relieve acidity, Avoid too much of Cauliflower, Peas, Brinjals, Namkeens as snacks etc. Do regular walking and mild exercises. You may also do a weekly fast – just to relax and calm down your system. Fasting also helps in cleansing of the system.

Sleep has some type I tell you 2 type 1.beta sleep = in which we are in dream if you take this kind of sleep it will not good even you take 8 hr 2.delta sleep=in which we sleep very deeply if you take this kind of sleep then 4 hr is also sufficient 3.if genarly you ask me we should 3 hr or 6 hrs or 9 hrs because our sleep cycle is complete in every 3 hrs so you should tkae sleep ik this then only you feel energetic.
