Hello, I can not learn answers. I forget very early. And study at night. I woke early in morning and start memorizing answer. But as the day pass at night I forget all answers. Please help me as my exams are near.

MBBS
General Physician, Mumbai
This is common and even happened to me during my college days but I could remember many answers and could do well. Keep the hard work and keep faith that you would not forget when asked. Also take a cup of hot milk of cow's about three hours before dinner.

Hii. I am 25 year old girl. I was in a relation. The guy who loved me alot. I cannot imagine my life without him. We have also physical relation. But now he hot married with another girl. Due to this I feel very depress. What should I do. Will my future husband know about my past?

So, he is essentially gone out of your life. Now, your options are to move on and do not look back. If you feel too guilty and need to share this with your future husband, tell him before you marry him but after he has sufficient love for you. If you think he cannot handle it, then do not share it with him. He can only know that you have lost your virginity and in that context, you can reveal that you have been in a relationship before keeping the above considerations in view. Today, most people are in relationships and it seems quite acceptable if the person is broad minded. But the timing of your revelation is critical.

I am ca student. I am 23 years old. From the last 2-3 years, I have noticed a great decline in memory, which is creating problems in my daily life. I used to forgot little things from childhood itself but that didn't use to bother me. Now this is making me feel inferior. Another issue is that it takes me a little more time to recall things (like when someone asks me something, it takes a second or two to reply). What could be the problem with me & any possible solution?

Dear, at your age, memory problems like amnesia are not common. Many young people are having problems with memory. These problems are either they are too busy or due to anxiety and stress. Busy people use organizers or employ a personal assistant because they can't remember every task. You need to understand this. If you still say, you are having memory problems, we need to check your memory using memory test. If you want more of my help in this regard, please contact me. Take care.

5 Steps To Overcome Compulsive Indecisiveness!

5 Steps To Overcome Compulsive Indecisiveness!

Do you find it too hard to figure out what to wear? Does taking some important decision leave you feeling paralyzed? These indicate that you suffer from compulsive indecisiveness. Struggling with this problem leaves you stuck in one place and causes you distress. Fear of taking the wrong decision is the primary reason, which makes people indecisive. It is also likely for you to bother too much about what other people think of you.

Here are five important steps, which you should take for overcoming compulsive indecisiveness:

  1. Forget your fear: Fear of something often causes indecisiveness. You need to figure out and write down your fears and what you would do if these occur. If you are indecisive about a job change or whether the new job will be paying you less, you should analyze how the reduced income will affect your life and how you can deal with it.
  2. Tune into your emotions: Maximum people who suffer from compulsive indecisiveness and struggle at making major decisions tend to over analyze situations a bit too much. In some cases, you cannot create an easy perception or a suitable side for a situation in spite of stressing over it from various angles. The situation will remain the same, no matter how much you think. Write down your options, think about them, rate them, and choose the top rated option.
  3. Practice on small things: For improving upon your indecisiveness, you should start practicing by taking small decisions every day. Aim at taking 10 major decisions everyday such as where to go for lunch, which route to take to work and more. Slowly, practice taking decisions quickly instead of pondering over a situation. Try to make instant decisions in various spheres of life.
  4. Learn to trust yourself: You need to list all your strengths. Write down whether you think if you are smart, creative or funny. Ask yourself whether you can infuse your strengths into your process of decision making. Try to test your strengths in all kinds of matters. Once you are sure of your strengths, you will be able to achieve your goals without hesitation.
  5. Pick one thing at a time: You should pick things and matters one at a time to focus on. If there are several things which bother you and add to your indecisiveness, try to handle them one by one. This way you will be able to give all your focus to one matter, and overcome your fears related to it. After that, move on to another fear.

It is important for you to let go and refrain yourself from analyzing whether a decision which you had taken is right or wrong. Instead, focus on activities which matter to you and do not ponder over old decisions. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a psychiatrist.

I have to much smoking weed I can stop this. But I never control me please give me a help.

MD PHYSICIAN
General Physician, Delhi
You can only control your urge to smoke weed by strong will power. Just think of how much it damaging your heath and how much money you wasted for it. As time passes eventually it will affect your digestive system so badly that it will be difficult for you to eat and digest. You can consult a psychiatrist as he/she may prescribe you some antidepressents which will suppress your urge to smoke and will counsell you to get over it.

I am 22 year old male and I am Tachophobic (fear of speed) and this fear effects my normal life, So please suggest me...
This fear is called phobia. You can control this phobia. Start the bike with minimum. That will continue automatically. If you start initially high speed later it will continue like that. Practice minimum speed always for 21 days. Later it will become your attitude. Always try to go minimum speed. When ever you are driving concentrate on driving. Maintain minimum speed. Do not cross the roads with speed. Your crossing speedly later thinking about that. Anything happened to me. Relaxed driving always best. Do not confused. Better to start early time. Start practicing minimum speed. Once you go slowly it will give much satisfaction. You do not have negative thoughts also. Change your behaviour. Do not imitate others and do not think others are what thinking about to me. Practice slow driving it is always best. Ok best of luck.

Dear , not necessarily this is due to ageing. I think your attitude has changed. Attitude changes due to many reasons. You are in your middle age. During middle age, every one are conscious about their career, past achievements and future plans. Most think that they could not achieve maximum and therefore become slightly depressed and start working harder. I think, that is your problem. Can you provide me more information? take care.
