Headache is due to inadequate sleep only. a lack of adequate sleep can affect ur health and ur mood too . Take rest in quiet surrounding. Avoid stress and tensions. ..do deep breathing exercises or yoga. Drink plenty of liquids. Inadequate sleep may trigger migraines too. Maintain ur daily sleeping fouling. Hope this helps u.

My age is 38, I am divorcee from last 9 yrs I m alone with my 2 kids, in tht 2 to 3 yrs I feel for sex but now a day I dont feel for tht is there any problem in my health, in future it affect on my physical and mental stress, from 3 yrs I face many problems like throth infection, fever, headche and body pain, I just done some check up about bp, diabetic pre and post lunch, urine test everything is fine but my bed cholesterol level is very high like 146 and good cloestorl level is 37 only. Do regular physical exercise, yoga, brisk walking for minimum 30 minutes at least 4 times a week. You may join dancing class or gym which will be beneficial for your health and mind too. Avoid junk foods, roadside foods, pizza, burger etc. Use minimum amount of oil to cook food. Avoid fatty foods like butter, mutton etc. Take green leafy vegetables, fruits, cucumber more. Hello sima brightness or skin health is not a outer thing that you can achieve by external expensive product. It's depending on your general health. You should follow * eat turmeric 1 tsp before meal * eat ajvayan 1 tsp & jeera 1 tsp after each meal * avoid sour salty spice food * avoid curd, but take butter milk * use only cow milk & ghee * avoid stress, late sleep, day sleep, oily food, cold water * for local application you can use triphala, yastimadhu, lodhra, nimb powder mix with buttermilk main reason of dark circles is to hold natural urges like stool, urine, hunger, thirst, sleep etc. Or anger stress etc. You can use kumkumadi lepam of nagarjun pharma. This will e good for you.

Hello, there are many reasons for delayed menses , but initially we start by giving you Pulsatilla200 ch, 5 drops , once daily in the morning for 7 days. IF menses start in between 7 days then please stop . IF menses do not start even after taking this medicine then we will go for investigations.

*Orange and curd mixture works well on dark damaged tanned skin. Orange has skin lightening properties and works well as a face mask. Normally only breastfeeding is sufficient for the first six months of age. If your baby is not gaining weight (normally weight increase is 25-30/ day for first 3 months) then start formula along with breastfeeding. Don't give cow or buffalo milk. Start with 60-90 ml per feed. Don't use bottle.

Hello, it's quite natural due to obesity your pulse is not palpable. U, should go for reducing your weight, first. Obaesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking, meal, judiciously. *go for a brisk walk in d morning at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. *tk, plenty of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell.
