It's not clear what kind of oil is being used by your mother, but still oils like coconut oil, olive oils are harmless. Reheated oils will be always harmful to health.

It could be due to hyper acidity 1. Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days.

Symptoms of early pregnancy are nausea and some times vomiting ,to feel repelled by the smell of certain things, frequent urination, mood swings, fatigue, pain in breasts. These symptoms may show up around the time she has missed her periods and pregnancy test has come positive and mostly disappear after first three months, they also very from person to person.

That's practically stupid to be on steroids for reactive arthritis for such a long duration. Rea is better managed with sulfasalzine at a dose of 2 to 3 gms/ day. Stop steroids slowly and talk to a rheumatologist for proper management.

You have to calm mind by doing meditaion and yoga ns yu will get sleep Or else you can take a tablet for a short time .Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. 1. Make regular and a fixed sleep pattern: Going to sleep and waking up the same time every day helps to maintain an equilibrium in the sleep-wake cycle called diurnal rhythm. If this balance is maintained, then your body will be accustomed to this pattern and as a result, you will feel less tired and fresh throughout the day 2. Maintain a definite dietary regulation: You should also maintain a proper diet plan and observe the consequences/effects of the foods that you are eating and the fluids that you are drinking on your sleep pattern. Taking a good and properly nutritious diet on a daily basis will help you to stay healthy and help your natural sleep-wake cycle. 3. Ensure that your room has mild or dim lighting or darkness if you prefer: The level of light also matters at the time of your sleep. You should definitely make sure that there is a very minimal level of light or darkness around you when you try to sleep. This should be done because the lesser is the light, the more comfortable you are while sleeping. Additionally, the sleep that you will get in a dark room will also be sound and undistorted as it helps keep all the sensory organs calm. 4). Do some relaxing activities before bedtime: Depending on your choice, you should follow simple techniques of relaxation in order to calm down the brain before sleep. Like mediation, Yoga or- deep breathing exercise, muscle relaxing activity, visualizing a peaceful setting/ scenario like a calm garden or beach or mountain area. These activities are just guidelines and you can do anything that helps you to get a relaxing mood and sleep. 5). Avoid daytime naps if you can , But Having short naps of less than one hour is absolutely okay if you are excessively tired during the day or you did not have a sound sleep the previous night. But, if you are consistently having long naps during the day then you are bound to have sleep issues during the night. So it is advisable to sleep early and wake up early for a healthy schedule. 6) Regular exercise: Exercising regularly helps to improve the overall quality of sleep by making you tired at night and sending you to bed more efficiently. Light to mild exercises also helps cure sleep disorders like insomnia.

Symptoms of migraine headache are Headache eye pain. (most commonly one-sided pain; less frequently both sides of the head are affected) pain located near the eye on affected side. pain that worsens with exertion or physical activity. Nausea/ Vomiting sensitivity to light and/or sound I am giving some health tips for Migraine headache •1.You can turn off light for some time •2.Apply hot or cold compresses to your head or neck. •Ice packs have a numbing effect, which may dull the sensation of pain. •Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. •3.Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect. •4.You can take Tea or coffee( but not excess) 5.Sleep well Here are some tips to encourage sound sleep. Establish regular sleep hours. •Minimize distractions. •Your eating habits can influence your migraines. •Be consistent. Eat at about the same time every day. Don't skip meals. Fasting increases the risk of migraines Avoid foods that trigger migraines Meditation This problem can be solved by Meditation, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house Consult Physician/me for further management

First of all try to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily. Take appropriate rest and sleep. Keep away your mind from anxious thought. Use one spoonful of lemon or vinegar in last mug of bathing water. Take Constitutional medicine in Homeopathy.

Plz do not b so hurried for lifting more n more weight, it should b increased as per advice of your Gym Instructor. How ever you may take Ashwagandha churna n Shatawari churna 3 grams each with a cup of milk twice a day to increase stamina n strength. Dairy products like milk, cheese, butter n curd etc will also help.

Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs. Too much shampooing can lead to more hair fall. Start using amla bhringraj oil on your dry scalp. This will increase the density & stop hair fall. Eat amla (indian gooseberry) in daily routine in any form whether it is candies, juice or raw. This habit will help in hair re-growth. Amla is a good source of many vitamins & it also increases absorption of iron from gut. For females above 40 years of age iron, calcium is must for stopping hair fall. Avoid using comb in wet hairs.
