Hello Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a facepack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin.

I am a 51 years male and have some problem with my digestive system. Kuchh bhi routine se hat ke khaata hun to patla letrin hone lagta hai, from last six months. Test me sab kuchh normal hai, altrasound ke hisab se liver halka fatty hai and golblodder me 3.5 mm ka stone hai. Please suggest me.

Fish is one of the great things for your heart and as the saying goes what is good for your heart is good for sex. We should add fish to our meals and have some sort of fish at least once a week. Salmon, mackerel, tuna and sardines are rich in omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA. These are great to help elevate the dopamine levels in the brain which help trigger arousal. Studies further show that high levels of Omega-3 help a person be happier and more at ease, which in turn helps them with arousal and sex.

Apart from these benefits omega 3 lowers the symptoms of depression which is a major source of sexual health problems. It also helps with better brain function, heart arrhythmias, blood clots, better brain function, and protection against dementia.

Fish is also high in L-argine, and as we wrote on the site before in fruits for sexual health, argine stimulates the release of growth hormone and is turned into nitric oxide in the body. Which in turn is crucial when it comes to erections for men, it also helps women with their sexual function.

Hairfall can be due to many reasons, like excessive pitta in the body or sinus problem or loss of asthi dhatu. So proper treatment is necessary according to symptoms. So please see some ayurveda physician near you personally. Till then you can try these home remedies. 1) start taking 1 amla everyday. 2) Apply paste of trifla, bhringraj & methi seeds on head before washing & wash after 1 hr. 3) Increase the qty of milk & ghee in your diet. 4) Have a good sleep. 5) Go for shirodhara, a panchakarma treatment for reduced stress & better hair growth 6) Reduce the amount of salt & spices in your daily diet 7) wash hair with trifla & neem kadha 8) Make a Hair pack mixing fine powders of triphalā 50 gm, nāgaramothā 10 gm, methī seeds 40 gm and mehendī or hīnā (Lowsonia inermis) powder 150 gm in water and apply from the root to the tips of the hair. This pack is kept for about 2 hrs and washed clean.

I am 28 year old, male. I am losing my hairs on daily basis. If I say I am almost bald from my both above corner of forehead than it wont be wrong. My question is, is it possible to grow hair back?

Taking care of your hair *take nutritious healthy food *have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. *avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. * have adequate rest and timely sleep. You may have limitations because of your profession, but stick to it as far as possible. *use warm or cold water for bath and not very hot water. * hard water is harmful. First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Sarswatarishta 4 tsp after lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Body heat in indian ayurvedic system is said to be due to pitta dosha. Pitta or body heat is important for the proper functioning of metabolism. When there is too much pitta, it results in pitta dosha. To keep your body heat in control - 1. Avoid fried, spicy foods that can cause your normal body temperature to go up. Eat cool foods like cucumber, watermelon, buttermilk. 2. Drink plenty of cold water throughout the day. 3. Sabja (basil) seeds, soaked in water for some time and then added to milk with rosewater are effective in reducing body heat. 4. Yoga exercises, such as pranayama, suryanamaskar and trikonasana help in cooling the body. 5. Herbal teas made from coriander, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and rosewater, improve metabolism. 6. You can wear clothes in light pastel colours for a cooling effect. Fabrics such as linen and cotton keep the body cool. 7. Reduce consumption of too much salt, oil and spices as they add heat to the body.

Hi, acne occurs due to the over activity of the sebaceous glands you can apply benzoyl peroxide or clindamycin based creams at night. Wash your face with salicylic acid, or glycolic acid, or aha, atleast 4 times a day. Hydrate yourself. Eat more anti oxidants in your diet like fruits, and raw vegetables. If no improvement seen, consult a homoe doc.

Homoeopathic medicine-------------- sepia 30 (dr reckeweg) drink 1 drop direct on tongue daily night for 3 month--------------- natural treatment to eliminatemoles----------- castor oil helps remove warts and moles. Being a discutient, it helps dissolve and eliminate unusual growths. This method is not likely to leave scars. However, it tends to take a lot of time as it gets rid of moles one layer at a time. 1. Mix a pinch of baking soda and a few drops of castor oil. You can also mix in ground aspirin. 2. Gently rub the mixture on your mole. 3. Leave it on for a few hours until it dries naturally. 4. Do this twice daily for about one month. If you do not have baking soda, you can use castor oil alone.

If you are also suffering for high blood pressure then you have to leave pickle, papad and pouring extra salt. Timely and balanced diet is as important as regular medicine intake to control diabetes. Use sufficient amount of ginger, onion, garlic, coriander, lemon, greenchilli, black paper, fenugreek seeds, cinnamon, bay leaves, in food iteams. Complex carbohydrates and fibre should be included in diet. No long gapes and skipping of meals. Never miss out breakfast. Junk food should be avoided. You should avoid fasting and feasting. Chapattis of bran flour (unrefined) is given to diabetes patients and to increase the nutrition value add gram and soyabean flour to it. Take small and frequent meals. Hi, here are some tips for fairer and flawless skin: -soak some almonds in water overnight, remove their skin in the morning and grind them. Add a teaspoon of gram fluor, one teaspoon of milk and 4 drops of lime juice. Make a paste, mix it well and apply it on your face. Regular massage gives you long lasting clear and fair skin. -turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a face pack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. -mix papaya and honey and mash it. Apply and wash after 20 minutes. Use this face pack every other day for a naturally spotless fair skin. This pack also eliminates the sun tanning which causes patchiness on the skin and the dark spots or the pimple marks which will refrain the skin from looking spotless. -take one tomato, grate it well and mix it with 3-4 drops of lime juice. Apply it on your face wait for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat it daily and feel the change on your face. -a mixture of egg white, milk cream and honey works excellent against skin tanning. Mix tomato juice with honey or yogurt and apply it daily on skin to remove tanning. -make dilute paste of mint leaves and almond seeds with warm water. Wash your face and neck with this water and wash again with clean warm water. You can add mint leaves in regular bathing water to get glow and freshness to your skin. Use schwabe's skin care soap, apply calendula & aloe vera cream immediately after bathing, apply bakson's suncare sunscreen 20-30 min. Before going out under the sunlight. At night, use bakson's papaya pack and after washing face apply it's fairness cream. Above all, regular exercise (yoga, gymnastic, aerobics etc), intake of healthy nutritious food, keeping a positive attitude, avoiding stress/ anger/ anxiety/ fear/ jealousy/ aggressive nature as much as possible as it affects skin, its colour and glow!
