For gaining weight, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Include fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. Include multi grain flour in your diet which will help you to gain weight.

Start your day with a cup of lukewarm water, In breakfast you should take Combination of carbohydrate and protein, Take small and frequent meal and include more of fresh fruit and vegetables .Include whole grains cereals in your diet. Do physical activities like brisk walking, yoga and do not sit at one place for a long stretch. You can also include green tea twice a day.

If once it is done then it is ok but from next time onwards do not eat rotten food always eat fresh fruits and vegetables because rotten food can cause stomach infection and that is not good for you. So kindly take proper precautions.

Do not start your day non-veg you can take non-veg in lunch and dinner. Start your day with green tea + 5-6 soaked almonds. Do not drink tea empty stomach. Have small and frequent meals avoid keeping long gaps in between meals. Drink at least 10-12 glass of water every day. Avoid oily and junk food.

You need to maintain your calories and follow a healthy meal pattern. Have 5 meal pattern and avoid having food which are high in calories like in vegetables avoid potato, sweet potato, arbi and in fruits avoid mango, litchi,banana, grapes,cheeku etc Avoid sugary drinks. To reduce belly fat you need to start up your day with a glass of luke warm water. Include good amount of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet. Avoid eating junk, refined cereals and fried food. Indulge yourself in physical activities like yoga, running, brisk walking etc.
