How can I control my metabolism? My metabolism is fast so I am skinny. Please suggest me.
For gaining weight, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and don't take heavy meals. Firstly try to improve your digestion process if you are taking normal diet and you are facing the problem then you should go for liver function test. In diet include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. Have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Go for weight gain exercise. For acidity you can have chamomile tea after meals, and it is best to avoid spicy and fried food.

Stop skipping your meals and do not fast. Effects are weight gain, acidity issues and you feel lathargic.

You can include protein rich sources in diet like eggs, sea food, chicken, soya, pulses, milk and milk products and Carb sources like Wheat Flour, Daliya, Brown rice, Ragi Multigrain Flour, Semolina, Rice Flakes, Oats etc. For a customized diet plan.

Diabetic Patient can't take keto diet as it's high in protein and fat, a Diabetic Patient has to take small amount of carbohydrates in diet. Its good for weight loss but for a normal healthy person and it should be done in proper guidance.

You can take Vitamin E Capsule or Sea Cod Liver Oil for a 3 month period and after that discontinue any kind of supplements to avoid over dosage of any of the nutrients in body. You can take Multivitamin as suggested by your physician.
