I'm not fit according to my age I'm very thin and tall How I can get my physical strength.
To gain weight one must eat a balanced diet. Do not skip any meals and eat small and frequent meal. Include wheat germ and take protein rich diet include milk and milk product, all pulses, take a cup of milk with pinch of turmeric powder, you will get proper sleep or you can take 1 banana with a cup of milk. You should do deep breathing thrice in a day. Include fruits in your diet and you can also take banana shake. Team Nutrihealth.

Can my health increase by gym workout and does it increase my weight also? please advise me.
Weight gain is very slow process as with going to gym you have to eat healthy and frequent meals. You can take 2tsp aleovera + 2 tsp amla Juice+ 2tsp wheat grass juice in equal amount of water empty stomach as these juices help in liver detoxification. In breakfast include options like paneer stuffed besan cheela /1-2 potato stuffed roti+ 1bowl curd/1-2 bowl suji upma+ green chutney + 1cup milk/coffee .Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. Try to include more frequent meals. Team Nutrihealth.

Start your day with a cup of lukewarm water, In breakfast you should take Combination of Complex carbohydrate and protein, Take small and frequent meal and include more of fresh fruit and vegetables .Include whole grains cereals in your diet. Do physical activities like brisk walking, yoga and do not sit at one place for a long stretch. You can also include green tea twice a day. Avoid every kind of process and refinery product, all sugary drinks.

Hello. Initially start with some light activities and diet control like avoiding junk food, meats and fried foods. Make a routine of taking regular meals. Later on start with some cardio activities and increase your water intake.

Hello. Initially try to avoid heavy pulses at night and non vegetarian at night like red meats and prawns, include good amount of water in your diet. And take frequent meals to avoid acidity.
