I have a fair skin tone and my skin type is oily. I have a problem of blackheads all over my face specially on cheeks and nose. Due to blackheads my skin pores appear to be larger. I have this problem since I was 13. I have consulted homeopathic doctors but it did not work. I wish I could get back that clear skin. Please help me. Thank you in advance.

Hair loss has multiple potential causes, including diet, mineral deficiency, medications, severe stress or illness, pollution, and your genetics. There are no guarantees that you can prevent hair loss that is genetically programmed, or hair loss caused by factors not within your control; however, you can do the best by your hair to give it the greatest chance of staying in top condition and not leaving your head sooner than it needs to.you can prevent hair loss by some precautions like. Limit your use of hair dryers. Heat weakens hair proteins. Constant heating and drying can lead to brittleness and fragility that can cause hair loss that would not have occurred otherwise. Wash hair with mild shampoo. Hair washing helps prevent hair loss as it can keep your hair and scalp clean (preventing the chances of infections that might cause hair loss). Use a good hairbrush. How you brush your hair can have a big impact on the condition of your hair. Go for a soft brush made from natural fibres, and don’t brush from the top down, but from the underside out. Be as gentle as you can and don’t pull too hard. Try a scalp massage. A scalp massage with a nourishing oil (such as coconut, rosemary, lavender, or almond oil) will increase the blood flow to the surface of the skin on your head and your hair follicles. Rubbing and kneading your scalp warms the skin and boosts circulation so the cells in the follicles get plenty of nutrients which in turn maximise hair growth potential. Have a healthy balanced diet. Nutritional responses to preventing hair loss are simple common sense approaches to keeping you, your hair, and your scalp healthy. A healthy body is more likely to have healthy hair than an unhealthy one. It is possible that hair loss can be slowed by a healthy diet filled with vegetables and fruits. There are some vitamins and minerals (listed in the following steps) that can be especially helpful in promoting healthy hair and thus preventing hair loss. Consume plenty of iron. Iron is an essential mineral that is known as heme iron in animal food sources and non-heme iron in plant sources. Too little iron can lead to anaemia which disrupts the supply of nutrients to your follicles, potentially increasing hair loss. To avoid this, be sure to make iron-rich foods are regular elements in your diet. Red meat, chicken and fish are good sources of iron. So are green vegetables such as broccoli, spinach and kale

Diet rich in vitamins, minerals esp fruits & green leafy vegetables should be included in maximum regular exercise, yoga , avoid hair dyes , avoid washing hair frequently, avoid vigorous scalp massage/brushing ... Homoeopathic Aspect of hairfall- Homoeopathy has a lot to offer in hairfall but it requires some time. Following medicines are useful in treating hairfall - Lycopodium, Graphites ,Thuja ,Phosphoric–acid ,Selenium ,Mancinella ,Fluoric–acid, Cantharis ,Phosphorus ,China ,Sepia.. avoid self medication as detailed history is required in each & every case .. Most people normally shed 50 to 100 hairs a day. This usually doesn't cause noticeable thinning of scalp hair because new hair is growing in at the same time. Hair loss occurs when this cycle of hair growth and shedding is disrupted or when the hair follicle is destroyed and replaced with scar tissue. The exact cause of hair loss may not be fully understood, but it's usually related to one or more of the following factors: • Family history (heredity) • Hormonal changes • Medical conditions • Medications Family history (heredity) The most common cause of hair loss is a hereditary condition called male-pattern baldness or female-pattern baldness. It usually occurs gradually and in predictable patterns — a receding hairline and bald spots in men and thinning hair in women. Heredity also affects the age at which you begin to lose hair, the rate of hair loss and the extent of baldness. Pattern baldness is most common in men and can begin as early as puberty. This type of hair loss may involve both hair thinning and miniaturization (hair becomes soft, fine and short). Hormonal changes and medical conditions A variety of conditions can cause hair loss, including: • Hormonal changes. Hormonal changes and imbalances can cause temporary hair loss. This could be due to pregnancy, childbirth or the onset of menopause. Hormone levels are also affected by the thyroid gland, so thyroid problems may cause hair loss. • Patchy hair loss. This type of nonscarring hair loss is called alopecia areata . It occurs when the body's immune system attacks hair follicles — causing sudden hair loss that leaves smooth, roundish bald patches on the skin. • Scalp infections. Infections, such as ringworm, can invade the hair and skin of your scalp, leading to scaly patches and hair loss. Once infections are treated, hair generally grows back. • Other skin disorders. Diseases that cause scarring alopecia may result in permanent loss at the scarred areas. These conditions include lichen planus, some types of lupus and sarcoidosis. • Hair-pulling disorder. This condition, also called trichotillomania, causes people to have an irresistible urge to pull out their hair, whether it's from the scalp, the eyebrows or other areas of the body. Medications Hair loss can be caused by drugs used for cancer, arthritis, depression, heart problems, high blood pressure and birth control. Intake of too much vitamin A may cause hair loss as well. Other causes of hair loss Hair loss can also result from: • Radiation therapy to the head. The hair may not grow back the same as it was before. • A trigger event. Many people experience a general thinning of hair several months after a physical or emotional shock. This type of hair loss is temporary. Examples of trigger events include sudden or excessive weight loss, a high fever, surgery, or a death in the family. • Certain hairstyles and treatments. Excessive hairstyling or hairstyles that pull your hair tight, such as pigtails or cornrows, can cause traction alopecia. Hot oil hair treatments and permanents can cause inflammation of hair follicles that leads to hair loss. If scarring occurs, hair loss could be permanent
