We are trying to conceive for 5 months. But no result found. I am 26 years and my hus 31 yrs. I have regular period. ...
You can conceive faster by: 1) Start taking folic acid tablet at least one month before you trying to conceive. This nutrient can dramatically reduce the risk of certain birth defects which you already did. 2) Avoid drinking alcohol, smoking, get yourself to a healthy weight, and limit your caffeine intake 3) You can use a few different methods to determine when you ovulate which is considered a fertile period. Once you know your time frame for ovulation, plan to have sex during your most fertile window, which is two to three days before ovulation through the day you ovulate. You can use various ovulation kit available to find out your fertile period. If you're not sure when your fertile period will be, have sex every day or every other day during the second and third weeks of your cycle. That way you're likely to have healthy sperm in your fallopian tubes whenever your body releases an egg. You should ask your partner to ejaculate at least once in the days just before your most fertile period. Otherwise there could be a buildup of dead sperm in his semen. Consult a gynecologist to get your hormonal assessment done. You can consult infertility specialist in Bangalore and infertility clinics in Bangalore to get further assistance for the same.

Before any medication you can apply simple measures like have intercourse on 12th, 14th and 16th day of menstrual cycle. Use some pillow underneath your back while intercourse. Keep yourself lied down for half an hour after intercourse. If these doesn't help you can go for medication.

Normally ovulation time is approximately two weeks before the next cycles and that is the time when you conceive but as your periods are not regular you should have sex from 10th day of your cycles till next one every alternate days counting first day of the menstruation as day one.
