Hi. Little changes do occur in the mouth with age. No need to worry about that. Maintain proper oral hygiene. Rinse your mouth properly after eating anything. Brush twice daily especially at night time before going to bed. Visit a dentist every 6-12 months for a scaling/ Cleaning of your tooth. Do not floss much. Gaps might have occurred due to gum recession. Do warm saline rinses this will make your gums strong and healthy.

The consumption of food which is difficult to chew during orthodontic treatment like hard and crunchy food should be avoided.

Do u have gap between teeth?
Reasons for gap between teeth are: hereditary, chipped tooth, broken filling, habit- thumb sucking, incorrect swallowing reflex, using of a toothpick, improper technique of using a floss, if the jaw size is larger than the tooth size, abnormal frenum attachment, missing tooth, extra tooth, tumor growth.

Never neglect a gap between teeth as it can cause food lodgment, tooth decay, bad breath, drifting of teeth and finally loss of tooth if not treated in time. Gaps either small or large can be treated, for further assistance you can call us or visit us at the clinic.

Give rest to your jaw. Take soft diet. You can do warm compress over to give relief, avoid yawning, munching etc. You can take a NSAIDS or painkillers to relieve pain. Consult a dentist to get yourself investigated for the same.

First off all a picture of your teeth will revel many things. But without seeing your teeth I can only tell you to keep cleaning n get cavities filled bcz I can't comment blindly on ortho treatment without having seen teeth photographs
