Go for complete dental check up. You might need cleaning of teeth. Till then apply stolin r gum paint twice daily.

Apply dologel or mucopain ointment on ullcers with clean fingertip or cotton 3 times in a day. And take b complexx capsules one time in a day for 7 days.
