Hello lybrate-user Fungal infections are recurrent. You need to do life style changes. There are a lot of things you can do to prevent skin infections from occurring. Frequent hand washing is one of the best ways to prevent skin infections. Changing quickly out of wet, sweaty clothes can reduce the chances of fungal skin infections.

Hii
Male 26, non smoker
My lips are very dark from childhood itself
Please tell me how to clear darkness.
Thanks.
Dark lips can be due to lot of reasons. The cause of lip darkening can be a simple allergy to lip care products, vitamin deficiency, overuse of fluoride, sun exposure, alcohol, smoking, caffeinated beverages, improper life style etc. The following home remedy helps for dark lips You require: Rose petals, Milk, Saffron •Soak rose petals in milk for an hour. •Remove the petals and grind them up. •Combine the petals, add saffron to make a paste. •Apply to the affected area and gently rub for 2 – 3 minutes. •Let it dry for 15 – 20 minutes and rinse with water. •Repeat twice daily until results are visible.

Hi Sir, my age 19 sir me black hu Kya ap mujhe koi gora hone wali medicine bata sakte hai please help me sir.
First of all, I want to tell you to embrace your dark skin. Its beautiful and many people find it attractive these days! But if you really want to lighten your skin, there are lots of options you can try. Avoiding too much sun exposure is the best place to start. Typically, the skin darkens when exposed to sunlight because it produces a substance, called melanin, to protect itself from the harmful solar radiation. Melanin is the pigment that gives color to our hair, eyes, and skin. And the more melanin your skin makes, the darker your skin becomes. Its also great to use sunscreen every time you go outside. As far as lightening products, you can try creams and soaps that contain kojic acid, glutathione, aplha-arbutin, licorice extract, mulberry extract, and Vitamins C, E, and B3. You can also go for lightening creams containing hydroquinone, but make sure that the concentration does not exceed to 2%.Only use products that contain 4% hydroquinone if its prescribed by your dermatologist; and make sure to follow the instructions strictly as wrong use of these products can cause serious complications. If you wd like to go for a more natural approach, you can try lemons. Just get a piece of fresh lemon, squeeze the juice, dip a cotton ball into the juice, apply it on your face, then rinse off after 10-15 minutes. If you do not have a lemon, try potato. The procedure is almost the same. Peel the potato, cut it into small pieces, then apply the juice on areas you wish to lighten. Just keep in mind, though, that the effectiveness of the treatments mentioned depends largely on your skin problem and skin type. Some products and procedures may work, but some may not. Its best to consult your dermatologist to find out which of these options is best for your skin type.

Being a homoeopath,I will suggest you a natural way to glow your lips along with a lip balm. Lemon, Sugar Lip Scrub: In a small bowl, mix in 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice and coconut oil. Add in and stir thoroughly 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar, a bit at a time to make thick paste of uniform consistency. If needed, you can add in more sugar. After mixing it well, you can transfer the scrub into a suitable storage container. It can be safely kept in fridge for about one week.Apply a little bit of the scrub to your lips, and scrub it in circular motion. To effectively exfoliate your lips, use a small toothbrush. Rinse your lips with warm water, and apply a LIP balm( BAKSON) on your choice.

My face is so oily and I want oil free skin and glow on my face so what can I do for it.

My face is so oily and I want oil free skin and glow on my face so what can I do for it.
Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week.

Treatment typically starts with skin creams that help fade dark spots through exfoliation. These creams slough away the outer layer of skin, allowing new and lighter skin to show through underneath. Some of these creams include alpha hydroxy acids, as well as Retinol (a form of vitamin A). Many individuals with sensitive skin, however, may find these treatments too harsh.
