For Leg Pain, please follow the below advise
: Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying
Quadriceps strengthening exercises-
Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day.
Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Body pain may be due to
1. fever
2. abrupt start or stop of exercise
3. Any other medical disease like Anemia/ Hypoproteinemia/ Thyroid problem
4. Vit D deficiency
5. Multimineral and vitamin Deficiency
6.Stress/ anxiety
7. Over exertion (physical and mental)
Kindly follow advises given below:
1. Measure your temperature and tell me reading
2. Avoid stress
3 Take adequate rest
4.Bathing also reduce body pain
Kindly consult Physician for further management

1.Go for regular exercise and play some games
2.Find time for relaxation like watching TV/listening music etc.
3.Develop some new hobby like painting/reading/writing
4. Do yoga, meditation, and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotions and relieve stress
5. Avoid smoking/alcohol if you take
6.Sleep for 7-8 hours daily to remain healthy
7.socialise with friends/relatives/family members
8.. Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy veg tables, fruits and drink plenty of water
9. Avoid severe physical and mental exertion

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it.
SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL
Use no pillow under the head.
DO HOT FOMANTATION.
Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days.
Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10.
Do neck, back & general exercises.
It may have to be further investigated.
You will need other supportive medicines also.
Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.
If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.
