It can happen if you are still breast feeding. However if you have been sexually active sinc delivery I would advice you to get a urine pregnancy test done first. If negative then it is best you start a low dose pill to regularize your periods as well as an interim method of contraception.

Hello. White patches/ dots on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. The white spots and patches can also be because of deficiency of vitamin D (for which 15-20 minutes of exposure to early morning sunlight without sunscreen is needed, 3-4 times a week). Or else they could be idiopathic (i. E, without any cause). Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder which can be treated with homoeopathic medicines, but chances of relapses are also there. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. Meantime, you can start with homoeopathic medicines - Cina 1M/ one dose daily at night and Ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for initially 1 month (it is safe). Apply a good brand's sunscreen with SPF 40 on the skin (specially on the white patches/ spots) 20-30 minutes before going out under the sunscreen and reapply it after 3-4 hrs. Again.

According to your details and secondly if your gf experience regular periods,,then if you have had sex inbetween 4-5 days before her expected date then no chance of pregnancy and if her periods are irregular then you should immediately go for a urine pregnancy test.

When I see a beautiful flower, It does not bring any change in quality of my life and the mind and heart remains the same, simply sad without any reason, unaffected by the presence of the said flower; similarly everyday when I go for a morning walk in a beautiful garden, I lack the feeling of being in a garden.I lack the feeling of the early morning sunlight, birds songs and slow breeze of air already present in the said garden. My this condition is since last 25 years. Presently I am 58. Since last 10 years, I am marginally (below 140 both times) Diabetic & Doctors say Medicine is not required in your case, as your exercise & diet control will suffice. I have started feeling that there is some defect in my nervous system which makes me unable to experience the feeling which ordinarily a layman experiences.Are there any suggestions or medicines to make my life simple and responsive? I am very much anxious to improve quality of my daily life for the rest of my life. Please guide me.

To treat your skin problem- * Do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Take Vitamin-A capsule of 25, 000 I. U. Daily for atleast 28 days only under the guidance of a doctor. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on effected skin and leave it for 15 minutes • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. Hi lybrate-user Know and understand how to gain weight in a healthy manner While some people try their level best to lose weight, others go to all kinds of lengths to gain weight in order to look healthy. Contrary to belief, people who are generally skinny don’t know how to increase weight and often find it difficult to do so. This is usually because they have a high body metabolism rate which doesn’t allow fat to accumulate, resulting in faster burning of calories. Fortunately, there are several tips to gain weight, which are not only effective, but healthy as well. How to increase weight and stay healthy If you are attempting to increase your weight, it is important to remember that simply eating anything at all will not help. Incorrect eating habits might not only affect your body functioning, but could also have other undesired effects on you. This is why it is important to eat correctly, while keeping track of your daily activities. Listed below are some simple and effective tips to gain weight. Put together a schedule Like most other things, it is essential to put together a detailed and achievable schedule that will help you gain the numbers you want. For this you will need to measure the different parts of your body like thighs, waist, hips, stomach etc. So that you can keep track of your progress. Along with keeping a track of your measurements, it is also necessary to keep track of the foods you consume and the kind of exercise that you might have to indulge in to help pile on the pounds. Prepare a nutritious diet plan When trying to increase weight, you simply cannot start by consuming fatty foods. Much like how you follow a particular diet to lose weight, you will have to chart a specific diet plan to put on weight. Dear, if you feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.
