Hello. Gently move the razor on these areas. Medication: Start immediately with homoeopathic medication - Sulphur 200/ one dose daily in the morning for a week and a homoeopathic tincture called Arnica Montana and mix 1 tsp in 1/2 cup of water and apply upon the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor movement technique as in 1 above. Repeat the above process every 3rd day and see the growth in 1 month. Take a red mushroom called ganoderma 5 gms. 2 times per day at 12 hours interval for 3 months. Also, Pituitarin 30 one dose repeat after 15 days no further dose repeat after two month the same way All the above would definitely help to grow the beard. (If possible, share the pictures with me prior starting this treatment. Want to see the condition).

Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. 90% of bad breath is due to a dirty tongue. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. If you take hormone tablets to delay your period by just few days, there is no harm except that the next cycle will be delayed by a few days -may be . little doses of hormones in fact help the woman get pregnant as it cures some amount of hormonal imbalance present in most of the cases . if your cycle was not regular , it will become regular. no harm in taking up to 10 tabs in the later half of cycle but do not take again and again as it will lead to infertility because then these very tablets will act like cotraceptive pills.

For diabetes follow a diet low in carbohydrate, low in fat and high in fibre. Avoid bakery products. Avoid too much rice and potato. Avoid fried stuff. Avoid chocolate, cakes, ice cream, soft drinks and fruit juices. Eat lots of vegetables. Walk for at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week. Insulin will work better if taken in combination with diet and exercise. Medication will depend on your blood sugar level.

Sandeep you are righly concerned about weight. there is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. i will give you a general approach to try for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert. For smooth skin: Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night.

Hello. Prescribing you a diet chart isn't possible without your specified details. But for an immediate relief I am suggesting you some life style as well as home remedies which will surely be effective if you follow them regularly. 1) I would prescribe you one ayurvedic medicine called" triphla" triphla is considered as a god's gift to us. Triphla is made up of 3 fruits - amla (indian gooseberry), haritaki (harad), bibhitaki (baheda). It's easily available in market (ayurveda stores). Dosage: eat 1 tea spoon with luke warm water every day in morning, empty stomach. Eat for 3 months and you will lose the extra fats. 2) honey-lime juice water is highly beneficial in the treatment of obesity without the lose of energy and appetite. In this mode of treatment one spoon of fresh honey should be mixed with the juice of half a lime in a glass of luke warm water and take it in regular intervals. Specially after waking up in he morning and before you sleep. 3) cabbage is considered to be an effective home remedy for obesity. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. \navoid bending in front. \npostural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. DEAR Doctors I sleep over 8 hour but am not feel stressless or fresh in morning I want to sleep more nd more in morning. Take off your mind from mobile that is the problem with you youngsters don't look at it atleast in the night make a fixed daily routine time wise in which you keep your fixed sleeping and getting up time for 8 hrs and then follow this timetable strictly in a few days you will get into the habit of fixed timings and henc veil feel fresh aldo in the mornings.

Hi lybrate-user, you need to eat balance diet on time (like add salad, fruits, milk and milk products in your diet) along with exercise it will help you to reduce your weight. And do not take anything at least till half an hour after exercise.
