It is ironic: the very thing that drives us to get an iPod – music – could prevent our ability to enjoy it! It is important to remember: Noise Induced Hearing Loss is Preventable! The following tips may help save your hearing.



Ø Do not Listen So Loud – Use the “60-60 Rule:” Limit listening level to 60 % of the maximum volume for 60 minutes a day. Anything louder than that over an extended period is risky.

Ø Use Volume Control – Limit the volume to 80 percent of maximum and listen no longer than 90 minutes a day.

Ø Limit Your Listening – The length of time you listen, not just the volume, can contribute to hearing loss. Avoid prolonged, continuous listening.

Ø Limit Noisy Activities - At home, turn down the volume on the TV, radio, and stereo. Reduce the number of noisy appliances running at the same time.

Ø Protect your Ears - Wear earplugs or muffs when exposed to loud Noise. Avoid medications that can be dangerous (ototoxic) to your ears. Ask your physician about possible effects on your hearing.

Fever, soar throat, body ache, joints pain, weakness, rashes on the body, bleeding from any part of the body. Wear full sleeves shirt and try to cover your body as much as possible, use mosquito nets or allout/goodknight at home, apply mosquito repellent on body, cover water tank. Avoid collection of water out side the house in a waste container or tyre. It will help. Thank you.

It is important to assess the severity and level of sundamage before choosing a treatment. The damage can be superficial/deep/mixed. Get yourself assessed by a specialist for a specific treatment (peels/laser/dermabrasion/medicines). A sunscreen is a must throughout the year with spf 30 or above. Hello Mr. Lybrate-user as you asked about your problems related to your hair fall, I would like to suggest you to follow regular daily routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and yoga asanas specially shirsasana and morning walk every day before sunrises. You may use light diets and soups of carrots and beetroots and green vegetables and moong daal soups fried with cumin seeds and ghee and garlic. Warm milk boiled with ginger and haldi including ghee and nuts every day before going to bed and at breakfast. Avoid hot spiciness, junk food and cold drinks or fridged food and drinks and yogurts or sour products e. G. Pickles etc and nonveg. Not to use any chemical based shampoo or any other cleanser. You may use herbal sampoo for washing your hairs. You may use lumina sampoo for washing your hairs. Dry your hairs and apply keshraksha gel on your scalp and massage gently over it to the roots of the hairs. You may follow regular daily for 3-6 months.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Hi It is better to avoid pills to reduce weight. Any artificial medicine can cause lot of side effects for you. It is better you control your diet and do exericise / yoga to reduce weight. You are about 10 Kgs overweight and you can follow a diet of reducing about 250 calories per day and bring down your weight by 1 kg per month. That way you can be down to 60 after 10 months. Slow and steady wins the race. Pills and crash diets always will crash in the end.
