I am an asthma patient, is it completely curable? And I am a pure vegetarian and I am very thin, so what all the foods can make me normal?

Its not curable but its completely controllable. Foods usually not related to asthma. But 1-2 hour physical activity/ exercise should be in your habit, it improves your lung capacity to fight asthma.

When line of negativity feels long and strong. Slowly one need to work on building positivity back. I will suggest you few things below, in coprorating them slowly in your day will help you make this transition. If you have something which happend recently which is making you feel negative then may be you need to talk to someone about it specifically to figure out the best way to deal with the situation. What you are feeling is conic stress due to our fast life style. You could also this as feeling burnout. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You good google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. Thus will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day. Dear lybrate user, *avoid high-protein diet and excessive salt. *avoid all sour, pungent, fried foods, red meat, alcohol and tobacco. *take light and easily digestible food like steamed or boiled vegetables or vegetable broth. *use wholegrain bread, cereals and increase intake of seasonal fruits (except banana). *increase the use of garlic, ginger, cumin, fennel, coriander, cardamom and cinnamon. *avoid dairy products, especially yogurt. *do light and gentle exercises. *massage the joints gently with lukewarm sesame oil for 20-30 minutes. *avoid damp and cold places and keep the body warm. *drink 8-10 glasses of water daily to cleanse toxins from the body.

Top 10 Precautions To Be Taken While On A Homeopathic Treatment

The medication that we usually take is composed of varied kinds of chemicals; these medicines cure all sorts of ailments, given that with every passing day, a new breakthrough in the field of medicine takes place. While the medication cures most of our ailments, they can also cause side effects.

Principles of Homeopathy-

Homeopathy is based on two major principles. Firstly, the medication is based on the principle that substances inducing certain symptoms in healthy individuals are the ones that can cure the same symptoms in a diseased individual. Another important principle is that, only a little amount of medication is required to trigger the healing process in our body. Hence the major advantage of homeopathy is that it cures the disorders and has no side effects. Homeopathy offers the perfect and natural medications to heal our bodies from various ailments.

However, the disadvantage of this kind of medication is that it is a slow and steady process, and the healing process takes time. However, like any other medication, there are certain precautions that should be taken.

Precautions to be taken while on a homeopathic treatment-

  1. While on homeopathic medication, it is advised to avoid having, tea, coffee, aerated drinks, or using medicated soaps, strong scented hair oils, toothpastes or tooth powders.

  2. Also, having onion, garlic, pickles, radish may render the treatment useless.

  3. One should avoid medicinal herbs, castor oil and other saline purgatives.

  4. Strictly avoid touching the homeopathic medicines; do not take onto your palm before taking it, as handling of medicines reduces the potency of the medicines. It also spoils the medicines by exposing it to unhygienic conditions. Always take the medicines by using the cap of the medicine bottle or a plain paper. If you are going to use a paper then see to it that it does not contain any print. As ink can also spoil the medicine.

  5. It is useful to avoid milk and milk products for the medication to be effective. If these precautions are not taken, individuals might end up having diabetes, kidney problems, and high blood pressure in the long run.

  6. It is advised not to skip meals while on homeopathy medications. Individuals should at least eat fruits like bananas and oranges.

  7. Doctors suggest that when individuals start feeling better after the course of the treatment, the dose should be stopped.

  8. Food should not be eaten in a 30-minute span before and after taking the medicine.

  9. Another important precaution is not to keep the medicines in the open. They should be kept in a cool place and should be concealed.

  10. All sorts of addictions should be avoided.

Hello, It may happen sometimes that you may get early menses and if this has been a first episode then likely to be stressed induced na hence watch for next 3 cycles to understand the pattern of bleeding hence. If it repeats then you need a gynaecologist evaluation.

your blood glucose levels are well under control ..kudos for that...yes these medicines are appropriate for u if these sugar levels are on this treatment..if these medicines are just prescribed now..then these are a bit heavy ones and not required as of now...keep a check on b.sugar regularly to avoid hypoglycemia..let me know your past treatment status

Hello, apply niltan cream or melaglow cream one pea size drop for full face at night for 2 months. Avoid rubbing face while wiping sweat. Dab dry it gently. Avoid sun exposure, use suncross or rivela sunscreen 15 minutes before sun exposure.

There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Hi, stomach ache may be due to gases accumulating in stomach and not passing out. In summer avoid eating junk food as this food may be contaminated and may contain bacterial growth. Drink plenty of water (3-4liters /day) eat fruits and avoid spicy food. Take tab biochemic 25 (sbl) 4tabs to be chewed thrice a day for 15 days nux vomica200 4pills to be sucked twice a day.
