At your age you should not have such problem. Please give me some answer - 1) since how long you are having it? 2) do you get this obstruction every time you take a solid food? 3) or for both solid & liquid? 4) do you have sour belching after taking food? if so how often and how long after taking food? come with these answers in the private question section.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Hypothyroidism has to be appropriately treated by taking adequate dose of Levothyroxine as prescribed by your doctor. TSH should be maintained <3 mU/L for being free from all the symptoms of hypothyroidism. This has to be continued for lifetime. As regards polyp in gall bladder, you will have consult a gastroenterologist and see what he tells. That is unrelated to above condition. Thanks.

Bleeding while passing stole, no pain or any other symptoms what should I do? What can be the reason for bleeding?

Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery, MS - General Surgery, MBBS, FICS

It looks like you have piles. However there is nothing to worry. Piles are treated with diet modifications and some medicine in more than 90% cases. You must avoid constipation. Take plenty of fibre, fruits and fluids. Avoid non-veg, fried and spicy food. Take extra fibre like isafgole with water as a dietary supplement twice a day. In case bleeding persists have yourself examined by a surgeon. Thanks and god bless.
