Sir, since last 04 to 05 days there is a problem in my anus while passing stool in morning, there is looking like irritation and wart kind of in rectum also looks little blood there. Please suggest me some lotion and medicine.

Hello dear lybrate-user, hi Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly.* Most probable diagnosis is fissure condition, needs confirmation with consultant surgeon.* Can provide primary guidelines for better outcome till you meet your doctor: Drink plenty of liquids. Prefer soft, light diet with more of green leafy veg, whole grains, cereals,pulses, legumes,organic fresh fruits. Avoid all types of oily, spicy,non veg, hot beverages, junk foods, dairy fat. Manage to have smooth bowel passage with the help of bulk forming laxativesas Ispaghula husk with lukewarm drinking water. Tab. Ibuprofen (400) mg after meals for control of pain, burning if no history ofdrug sensitivity. Xylocaine (5 %)jelly application over the anal part gives soothing action. Sitz bath (sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water 5 minutes each 3 times a day and additionally after passing stools) helps.Avoid long drives, sitting prolong on hard surfaces. My daughter 14years having some rash on her neck. It is very itchy and reddish. That area of skin has become blackish. We have shown to skin specialists and used many ointments for past 1 yr. It doesn't subside. Currently using Surfaz-SN cream. Pls advise.

Hello take single dose of sulphur 200, 5 drops once in a week. Apply Topi Azadirachta on the rash. Revert after 7 days.

Check sugar level. Medicine german reckeweg heper sulph 200, single dose (4-5 drops in mouth) morning. Next calc sulph 6x / 6 tabs 3 times a day will cure you food mixed fruit juice daily evening. Please continue treatment.

You could try homeopathic medicines for clearer skin. Acne is most prevalent in teenagers because the growth hormones become very active and the oil glands in the skin produce more. When these glands at the base of the hair follicles get infected or inflamed oil glands, you get pimples.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.
