Hi lybrate-user, sleep is very important for our healthy living. Your sleep disturbance may be due to sudden change in your life style, increased stress levels, interpersonal relationship issues, work related etc, try meditation, yoga, do not think about any troublesome issues before you go to bed, try to listen to some soft music, read something, keep your mind free from all matters that seem to disturb you. You should feel better after you practice all these things.

I wanna gain weight so tell me how can I do this. M very skinny tell me something by which I can get mass thanx.
To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter/cheese sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds & 5 khajoor daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. Take deworming tablets every six month. Feel confident about yourself and be positive.

1. Take one tablet of crocin pain relief as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Take adequate rest 4. Have adequate sound sleep in the night for 7-8 hours if you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan /mri of brain to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

Hi lybrate-user your worry is understandable. But as it takes time to lose wt same happens with gaining too. Your metabolic rate will be quite high so you are burning more calories. So do let me know have you checked your thyroid and sugar levels in last 6 months I can only help right now is by saying we can increase protein intake along with good workout. Start taking a fruit milk shake with nuts in morning and then have breakfast. For a detailed plan I need to know about your food and lifestyle so please message me on private.
