• Eat a lot of good things - You need to eat a ridiculous amount of calories (probably 3500+ per day) if you want to gain weight, but you want to make sure most of those calories are GOOD calories. You could easily get 3500 calories eating Taco Bell and Twinkies, and drinking Mountain Dew, but that will just make you fat. If you want to build muscle, you want to eat healthy calories that are loaded with good protein, good carbs, and healthy fats…which brings me to my next point: • Protein = building block for your muscles. Chicken, fish, meat, eggs, milk, almonds, peanuts. Eat lots of this Sleep – you need to be getting 8-9 hours of sleep every night for maximum gains. Your body is doing nothing but lying there and building muscle while you’re sleeping. If you are only getting 6 hours or less, you’re not going to get all the benefits of your exercising and diet. I know it’s tough, but those 3AM raids on Runnyeye need to be put on hold for a few months.

Im not getting my periods I sometimes get a stomach pain and back pain but it then stops after sometimes it goes back to normal and I am already 15 days late from my periods I have had sexual intercourse on the sixth day of my last period is there anything to worry about I think we had a safe sex.

Anytime when period is missed and if you had sex after last period better to do urine pregnancy test. If you have irregular periods often meet Gynecologist for check up & reports.

1.Go for regular exercise like brisk walking for 30 minutes daily, reduce weight if you are obese 2. Avoid stress 3.Avoid dietary sugar like bread, pasta, use healthy fats like olive oil 4.Take zinc containing food like milk, meat, fish, cheese, beans, yogurt etc 5. Thank you for writing to us. Please note the following in respect to your queries: apply some apple cider vinegar: directions for use: wash your face with water and pat dry. Using a ratio of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water, dip a cotton ball into vinegar and apply it directly to the blemish. Leave on for at least 10 minutes, or overnight. Reapply several times a day, washing face thoroughly after each time. Make sure to use a moisturizer afterwards as well if you feel like your skin is getting dry. For further queries get back to me.

Dear user. TO CAUSE PREGNANCY on a woman, sperm should be ejaculated inside the vagina or fresh sperm should be inseminated inside the vagina with some means during the fertility period of the woman. There are many determinants of pregnancy. You should be sexually matured. Your partner should be sexually matured. The period of your partner should be in the fertile stage. Her egg and your sperm cells should be healthy enough. Then her uterus should be capable to get conceived. If all these were satisfied, the pregnancy could be a result. Semen do not pass through clothes to make pregnancy. Sex during periods do not cause pregnancy. In the given case, there are less chances of pregnancy. Take care.

Onset Of Monsoon - Dietary Tips You Must Follow!

Monsoons or rainy seasons is though a favourite amongst all, but it also causes a number of health problems.  So, here are some specific guidelines regarding what to eat and what not to eat during rains.

Nutritional tips in monsoon:

  1. Eat fruits as they help you restore energy. Apples, mangoes, pomegranates, and pears are best suggestible. 
  2. Avoid watermelon and muskmelons and also goosing on too many mangoes may cause pimples.
  3. Have medium to low salt food and avoid heavy salty food as they are responsible for high blood pressure and water retention.
  4. Eating watery foods like lassi, watermelon, rice, muskmelon creates swelling in the body. So, better opt for foods which are drying in nature like corn, gram flour, chick pea etc.
  5. Foods such as brown rice, oats, and barley are the best foods one could have in this monsoon.
  6. Body's immunity can be increased by adding a dash of garlic to the soups, stir fries and curries you intake. Opt for yogurt, curd and almonds in your diet instead of milk. 
  7. Drink only boiled and purified water to protect yourself from harmful germs and drinking plenty of water keeps your body hydrated.
  8. Vegetables like cauliflower, potatoes, cluster beans, ladies finger, kidney beans, pigeon pea, and sprouted grains must be avoided. 
  9. Eat steamed salads instead of raw vegetables as they contain active bacteria and virus that cause bacterial and viral infections.
  10. Have fresh radish juice to fight cold and cough. To reduce mucous formations add pipli and rock salt to warm water. This reduces the natural monsoon ailments. Better eat seasonal fruits as non- seasonal fruits get infested with worms during the monsoons. Pomegranates, lychees, apples, bananas are among the recommended.
  11. Avoid eating fried items, pre-cut fruits and juices from roadside vendors and stick to high quality and hygiene.
  12. Always wash vegetables well and keep them clean especially if they are taken raw. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dietitian/Nutritionist.

Hi apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp. Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Pimples is a fact in this age, so do not worry but you may not have morning bowels clear, and only due to digestive disorder pimples comes out. Avoid junk food, soft drinks, alcohol, be hydrated, clear morning bowels, I mean your system has to be clear first then all those problem will be solved.

Eat your dinner atleast 2 hours before you sleep. Take warm milk before retiring to bed. Don't be lazy whole day and indulge yourself in work. Wake up early irrespective of how many hours you have slept and do breathing exercises and yoga. Take homoeopathic medication as it will help you to get sound sleep..

Hi Rahul, As per your parameter, Your weight is completely normal with BMI between 22 and 23. You do not need to lose any weight. If you have waist more than 33 inches, Make sure to exercise regularly at least 40 to 50 min a day x 3-4 days of week. Include aerobics as well as strength training or resistance training. Adding some yoga sessions will also help to balance. All the best.

Hello, It depends on your ovulation date , if you ovulated on time this cycle , then by 14th august you would be in your safe period and pregnancy is unlikely.

Hello user first diagnose the cause of hair fall. Then eliminate that cause. Causes can be tension, stress, sun rays, weak digestive system, bad food habits, cold drinks, fast food, lack of proteins vitamins etc. Remedies:- eat properly. Like proteins enrich food do yoga use ayurvedic shampoos only take half spoon trifla two spoon soaked white til. Take milk with 1 pinch of haldi. Apply curd in your hair before hair wash (10-15) mins eat beans and daal. Apply good oil in your hair 2-3 times in a week. Avoid use of alopathic medicine too much. Do not take any kind of stress. Avoid sun rays directly on yours head. Apply mustered oil on yours nails. Both feet and hands. Once or twice in a day.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.
