Hi Is mouth saliva result in pregnancy or ingestion of sperm into mouth leads to pregnancy. Is there is any chance of being pregnant during oral sex. Hello, Kindly explain me what type of menstrual problem you are having - are you getting periods frequently/ getting delayed/ much bleeding during the menses? Since how long you have been suffering from this problem? Any associated symptoms or complaints? Any medical condition do you have? Have you got your investigations done (if yes, share the reports with me)? Answer all these questions for proper diagnosis and proper treatment. Any nutritional deficiency can also lead to irregularity. Take more of green vegetables, nuts, salads, seasonal fruits, yellow coloured veggies, milk & milk products, plenty of water and enough of sleep & rest. Take homoeopathic medication for your irregular menses – Schwabe's Pulsatilla 200/ once daily for 10 days (not to take during menstrual flow), Schwabe's Five Phos. And Alfaalfa Tonic – both thrice daily for 1 month. There after revert me back..take care.

Hello, If your husband is not there at present then a repeat IUI will not be possible and you may not be getting pregnant this cycle.

Hello. If she doesn’t have any medical condition and if her diet is poor to begin with, it is even more important to make sure she has a healthy diet now. She needs more vitamins and minerals, especially folic acid and iron. She needs a few more calories during her pregnancy as well. Getting her diet right for pregnancy is more about what she eats than about how much. Limit junk food, as it has lots of calories with few or no nutrients. Let her eat a variety of foods from these different food groups each day: Milk and dairy products: skimmed milk, yogurt/curd, buttermilk (chhaach), cottage cheese (paneer). They contain calcium. Cereals, whole grains, dals, pulses and nuts: these are good sources of protein if she does not eat meat. Vegetarians need about 45 grams of nuts and 2/3 of a cup of legumes for protein each day. Vegetables and fruits: these provide vitamins, minerals and fibre. Avoid Papaya. Meat, fish and poultry: these provide concentrated proteins. Fluids: Drink lots of fluids, especially water and fresh fruit juices. Make sure she drinks clean boiled or filtered water. Carry your own water when out of the house, or buy bottled water from a reputed brand. Avoid packaged juices as they have a very high sugar content. Fats and oils: Ghee, butter, coconut milk and oil are high in saturated fats, which are not very healthy. Hydrogenated vanaspati oil and ghee is high in trans fats, which are as bad for you as saturated fats. A better source of fat is vegetable oils because these contain more unsaturated fat. Dairy products, along with sea fish and sea salt or iodised salt are all good sources of iodine. she needs plenty of iodine in her diet to help your baby's development.

Sir I had undergone semen test also. Count 93 million 20 % abnormal viscosity +. liquefaction time 12 min. Twice I had undergone semen test same result. We are going for IUI procedure now. Doctor said if my wife conceives she had to take injection daily for CMV treatment.

Cmv igm or igg test is positive. Single abortion does not warrent any investigations to be done and torch test is a thing of the past now. As for example cmv igm also if positive has no value in diagnosing cmv infection. Cmv igg avidity assay is the test of choice.

Hi lybrate-user, the chance of pregnancy having sex on 7th or 8th will not possible for you now. As from 10th to 17th day is the danger period to conceive. Try to adopt your withdrawal method process to check conception. You may have your sex after 18th on wards to check it. Two natural process to avoid pregnancy. Ok.

Hello, I had been pregnant 4 times, In 1st case I had miscarriage in just 12 days. 2nd case again miscarriage in about 25 days. In 3rd case the pregnancy sustained till 3 months but baby didn't had cardiac activity due to which I had to abort. Now today I was pregnant by 5 months but had to abort the child due to hydrocephalus with spina bifida. 1.Can anyone recommend what should be done next? 2.What can be the possible reason and the cure? 3.When should I plan for my next pregnancy? 4.What are the ill effects of all these on my body physically and mentally? What should be my next step and approach? Please help me.

Wait for at least 6 months before planning next pregnancy. In the meantime, get a hysterosalpingography, APLA workup, sugars, karyotypic (husband and wife) & thyroid function tests done. Start folic acid supplements (5 mg) 3 months prior. Reasons for repeated miscarriage are many, including genetic. These tests should clear the picture.

::Winter is here, and to remain fit in this season, follow these simple steps::


 For optimum health it is vital to include both soluble and insoluble fibre daily. Soluble fibre is found in foods such as psyllium husk, apples, oat bran and legumes (chickpeas, lentils). Sources of insoluble fibre include whole grains, broccoli, nuts, seeds and vegetable skins.

 Including fibre in your diet will offer benefits beyond your bowel. Fibre plays an important role in helping to prevent serious health conditions. Fibre can also help manage the digestive complaints associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

 The easiest way to boost your fibre intake is to eat foods in their most natural state i.e. fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains (steel cut oats, rolled rye, brown rice, whole-wheat), legumes, nuts and seeds. If you are struggling to reach the recommended 25-30g of fibre per day, you may wish to boost your intake with a fibre supplement made from psyllium husk.

 Make it a priority to drink 500ml of water before breakfast. Staying well hydrated will give you more energy, mental clarity and enhanced digestive function.

 The first step to good nutrition is to remove all highly processed foods from your kitchen. This will allow room for nutrient dense, fresh foods.

 Preparation is key, plan your meals at the start of the week, pre cook and freeze meals ahead of busy days and always carry healthy snacks in your bag for when you are on the run.

 Make an effort to include raw foods such as fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts, seeds and fresh herbs. Raw foods provide enzymes, vitamins and disease protective antioxidants.

 When it comes to fruits and vegetables variety is a must. Take the time to learn what is in season and try something new. Selecting seasonal produce ensures variety, optimal taste and quality.

 When preparing meals you should simply think rainbow. If your plate is full of brightly coloured fresh produce you know you are on the right track.

 Drinking herbal tea is a tasty way to improve hydration. Herbal teas include ginger, mint, jasmine, lemon grass, and chamomile.

 A healthy diet is a balanced diet complete with all major food groups. Meals should contain a mixture of fibre rich carbohydrates, good quality protein and essential fatty acids.

 It is estimated between 30- 50% of adults are deficient in vitamin D. The easiest way to increase vitamin D levels is by going for a walk outdoors and enjoying sensible sun exposure.

 Serving sizes have doubled over the years making it easy to overeat. Limit your portion size by eating from a smaller plate or bowl.

 Limit added sugars to no more than 10% of your daily calorie intake or 6- 10 teaspoons per day. To calculate how many teaspoons of sugar is in a food product divide the grams of sugar by 4. For example 16 grams of sugar is equivalent to 4 teaspoons of sugar.

 Probiotics are the beneficial ‘good’ bacteria essential for health and digestive function. Aim to consume probiotic rich foods like natural yogurt, fermented vegetables and fermented milk drinks on a regular basis.

 Health is a state of complete physical and mental well-being. Do not neglect your emotional health, take time out to stop, relax and breathe.

 Spice things up at meal times by using a variety of herbs and spices. Including fresh herbs will enhance flavour, texture and boost the nutrient value of any meal.

 Good quality sleep is vital for good health. Poor sleep can impact on everyday life affecting concentration, mood, stress levels and weight gain. Aim to get into bed early and enjoy around 8 hours of deep sleep.

 Fibre can benefit energy levels. Soluble fibre slows the rate of carbohydrate digestion and absorption therefore preventing blood sugar surges and crashes. Foods that are high in fibre are ideal choices for sustained, balanced energy throughout the day.

 Studies have indicated that consuming around 7g of soluble fibre per day can help lower blood cholesterol levels. Once consumed soluble fibre binds to cholesterol aiding its passage through the body and eventual elimination. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water, soluble fibre works best when partnered with water.

My best friend is 17 years old and she had her periods on 8 April 2016 and she always have periods for 7 days . From 8 April her periods over on 14 and on 15 April her and her boyfriend had an intercourse with the protection of 2 condoms and they did one time. A day on the regular basis but on 20 April her boyfriend think that may be condom is leak so to prevent her he gave him unwanted 72. To prevent any type of pregnancy after that my best friend had again had period on next day after consuming that contraceptive pill on 21 April after that she again had a period for max 5 days .and she lives her regular life . After that my best friend and her boyfriend again had an intercourse on next month on 2 may again with the help of protection that is 1 condom and had a sex for max 20 minutes . Doctor I just want to know that my friend had not her periods till today from 2 may today is 12 June she didn't had any period I want to know what is this? Is this a early sign of pregnancy or anything else or. This is because of that earlier my friend had periods 2 times in a month that is in April . Doctor I really want to know that what I can do for her. She is in a big dilemma very much depressed she think that she. Hi my wife is 32 Week pregnant and feeling sometime little water discharge after using washroom she feel it 2 Times in a week. We are afraid is this serious or its normal please suggest. As per our consulting doctor its not serious as its our second baby. As per 10 Days back ultrasound baby is fine and baby weight is around 1500 Gram.

little watery discharge is normal during pregnancy..but we have to be reasonable sure that she is not having leaking of water bag.. for that she has to b examined locally and ultrasound monitoring for measurement of water around the baby is done (AFI monitoring).. that ll help u..

Have a nutritious well balanced diet and adequate fluids. Ensure that you get adequate periods of rest in between work and mobilise your legs if your work involves sitting or standing for long hours. Also avoid unnecessary travel on rough roads and long journeys.

Hi Rajeshwari , in case of unicornuate uterus their is tendency of early delivery. Please take rest. As size of the uterus is relatively small you may feel less fetal movement's. In some cases due to decreased amniotic fluid levels decrease in fetal movements seen.
