I suffer from bawasir and what can I do. At that time I take I pill but nothing happen.

Take cap. Rectone 1-1-1 after food with buttermilk and tab. Anuloma ds 1-2 tabs at bedtime with hot water. Take tab. Bolabaddha ras 1-1-1 after food whenever there is bleeding after passing stools. Apply pilon ointment before and after passing stools. Consume high fiber diet and drink 2-3 litres of water per day.

It could be a tension headache due to stress and strain or migraine. Avoid stress. Go for regular exercise. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise. Check for refractive error, BP and sinusitis. Consult doctor

Crush 10 almonds in a galss of boiling milk and sip.it slowly in.the morning. Along with it take bread buttter.Use peanut butter to spread over bread.After 2 hours eat 1 pomegranate and 1apple.Take lunch after 2 houra around 2 pm.Take 2 chapatis,seasonal sabji and 1 katori curd with it.Take 1 cucumber along with it.Take 1 cup tea and some snacks like allo sandwich or biscuits. Then have dinner after 2 hours.Take 2 chapatis with daal and 1 plate salad amd pudina chatni.1 galss of milk at bed time.

Hi Mr. lybrate-user, I think you have more misbelief about the sexual fact. If you are not married, it it difficult to assess your sexual potentiality. You cannot judge your ability by masturbating. Say, always NO to any sort of smoking/ alcohol/ and any drugs generally. In an simple example to explain you is: If you see an porn movie (DVD or same porn link) first time you feel eracted and your body produces heat and happy swings. When you see the same porn movie for the 5th time or nth number of time, you won't feel like getting eracted. This doesn't mean that you are impotant. So enjoy your life and go ahead.

For Dengue. Aedes aegypti For malaria. Female anopheles Symptoms of Dengue. Fever, weakness, rashes joint pain. In late stages bleeding tendencies Symptoms of malaria. Sleep is the best reliever of all stress and physical pain. Not only is it important to get sleep, but also to sleep soundly and without any disturbance. The quality matters. Here are a few tips to get better sleep: 1. It is important to maintain the same sleep schedule every single day. This helps to naturalize your body clock and get the best quality sleep. 2. Switch off all mobile phones, laptops and other electronic devices. Their artificial glow not only hampers your eyesight, but also prolongs the amount of time your body takes to relax and fall off to sleep. 3. If your back pain causes you to continually wake up in the middle of the night in discomfort, then sleep with a pillow or cushion between your legs so as to straighten out your back and relieve pent up stress. 4. The importance of your pillow can never be stressed upon enough. Your pillow should be not too fat, hard or soft. It should just about support the natural curve of your neck, so that it is perfectly aligned with the centre of your body. Correct sleeping postures are extremely important. 5. Make sure your room is nice and dark so as to stimulate the secretion of a hormone called melatonin that is regulated by light exposure. Darker the room, greater melatonin, making you more sleepy. 6. Those who exercise regularly and well are known to be fitful sleepers. Exercise well before bedtime. If required, do some light yoga or stretching exercises that promote sleep. 7. What you eat throughout the day makes a difference to the quality of your sleep. Stay away from too much caffeine, alcohol, or a heavy meal just before sleeping. They only make you stay awake for longer and may cause heartburn or stomach trouble. Don't drink too much water, or else you will be making more midnight trips to the bathroom than clocking those sleep hours. 8. Try to keep your head clear of all worries and stress when in bed. Regular meditation and deep breathing can help. There is no end to all the things you can do to sleep well and comfortably. It is important to be self-disciplined to sleep well and hence be a healthy individual. Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. Excess sleep can be due to anaemia, hypothyroidism or general weakness and a blood test is needed and you may contact me personally by lybrate site for further advice 1. But, if you are consistently having long naps during the day then you are bound to have sleep issues during the night. For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and check your eye sight for refractive error and we also have to rule out sinusitis or migrane as the cause of headache after clinical examination and avoid spicy food in your diet and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet.

HbsAg may only be silent infection in your body and such a person is called carrier of infection. You should periodically get your LFT's done if they are disturbed then you may need treatment.

Hello sir, I'm suffering from cold every morning for 5 to 10 min. Could you please help me?

1.Prepare a mixture of powdered dried ginger root, black pepper and long pepper in equal amounts and store in an airtight container. Have ½ teaspoon of this powder mixed with honey. 2.Add one teaspoon of turmeric powder to one glass of hot water. Drink this sip by sip frequently during the day. 3.Dry roast 3-4 black raisins and add pinch of black pepper and rock salt to it. Have this 2-3 times a day for 15-20 days. 4.Drink luke warm water 3-4 a day. 5. Take 2 tab giloyghan vati twice a day/ 1 month.& swallow 2 basil leaves daily empty stomach with water 6. pour 2-2 drops of badam rogan shrin/hamdard at night just before sleep. follow up after 10 days. 7. Take 1 tsf chywanprash/jiva with hot milk in breakfast daily in this winter season.

*. Drinking lots of water is good. Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits.*. Don’t expose to hot direct sun. Wear cap, full sleeve shirt and shoes which will protect you from sun. Generally 10 AM to 4 PM is the hottest. Avoid exposure at that time. Homoeopathy has good treatment for your problem, without causing adverse effects. Take homoeopathic medicine Natrum carb 30 twice daily in the morning and in the evening and give feedback after 6 days.
