Hi lybrate-user, Baby" s skin tone changes as they grow. She may undergo many changes in skin tone before her permanent skin tone will appear. At this age you should not worry about her skin color. Focus on her diet and growth. Provide her oil massages to build muscle tone. Sun exposure for at least 1 hour is also necessary for child's optimum growth. There is no such oil or lotion which will alter natural skin tone of a child.

1. Eat high fibre diet like fruits, vegetables, beans, boiled/sprouted moong dal, whole grain rice, whole wheat pasta, whole meal breads, multi grain chapatti, oats. 2. Avoid foods which are high in fat. Choose lean meats like fish, chicken. 3. Eat on schedule 4. Drink plenty of water, 8-10 glasses daily, avoid alcohol/caffeine 5. Take regular physical exercise 6. Stick to a regular timing for going to toilet. 7. Take 2 tsf of softovac sf/naturolax powder with warm water at bed time or syrup duphalac 15 ml twice daily for few days 8. If you have chronic constipation, you may have to do colonoscopic examination after consulting gastroenterologist.

You need to increase medication for post meal sugar control. Alfa glucosidase inhibitors class of drugs like voglibose etc helps to control post meal sugars. Consult any diabetologist for adding them. Consume more complex carbohydrates and fibre in your diet so post meal sugar peaks will be less.

Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses. Get your vision tested and wear glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 26 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik after age of 18 yrs.
