You can go for Facial. It is because, on one side you can get your good face toned-up by activating facial nerve on face and other side in the process of facial massage, there comes a process of removing blackheads. So in that way your black heads can also be removed. All the best. :) Take care. :)

I'm a 52 M practicing doctor. Suffers from chronic nonmigrainous headache of unknown etiology since 30 years. On Suminat SOS. Thrice a week on an average Also suffers from ch diarrhea. 3-4 times only in morning since 4-5 years IBS? Can't tolerate dinner. Only light meal Constitution wise thin built.

dear suminat u r taking is for migraine headaches.. then how ru suffering from nonmigrainous headache? IBS requires a proper set of medicines which are not over the counter drugs ..u ve to consult privately for that... till then just take plenty of curd,salty buttermilk,and plenty of water... avoid alcohol,smoking coz it worsens ibs ,,take proper vegetarian diet and lots of fruits like ripened pineapple and pomegranate

Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Drink more water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. You can take Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Tests every 3 to 6 months.

If you are in trouble with lice then use these method to get relief from lice: 1. Put 20-25 leaves of neem in a bucket of luke warm water. Wait for 15 minutes and take bath with this water. 2. As lice resides in clothes, bedsheets, towels etc articles of effected persons. Boil all clothes, towels of person effected with lice for 10 minutes. If you can not boil clothes then dip clothes in water added with antiseptic solution like cetrimide or savlon for 20-30 minutes. 3. Lice mainly reside in head and hairy parts of body. You can use antilice shampoo (mediker, kotorolec) for 3 continuos days. 4. Apply the anti lice shampoo therapy to all the members of family so that all lice are destroyed and no one get infected. 5. Lice bites causea bacterial infection. So take proper antibiotic therapy for infection. 6. You are having pet animals like dog or cat, then sprinkle anti lice powder to the animals. So that no lice infestation occurs in future.

It is really difficult to increase height after the age of 20, primarily due to the fact that the bones stop growing at this age and the production of growth hormones in our body declines and finally stops. However, with a few tricks and tips, it is possible to add a few inches to your height or at least appear taller. Natural Methods to Increase your Height Natural methods to increase our height are all based on sound scientific methods and they do work if we follow them. These methods do not claim to give drastic results because these don’t interfere with our endocrine system and functioning of our body. These methods are the best way to try to increase your height. Proper Diet and Nutrition: • Liver • Green vegetables • Potatoes • Nuts such as almonds and peanuts • Chicken • Beans • Peas • Fruits like apples and bananas Milk and dairy products Proper diet and nutrition play an extremely important role in improving our height. . A well balanced diet which is rich in calcium, phosphorus, iodine and magnesium is extremely important for proper growth. People who are trying to gain weight should moderate their intake of caffeine as it interferes with calcium absorption, which in turn is very important for our growth. This is due to lack of intake of less water intake and pure foot care particularly feet hygiene you must be walking a lot you must apply cream foot after proper washing and drying properly. You can consult a dermatologist for the same.

Hi. Triqular is a good oral contraceptive pill and prevents pregnancy if taken properly. When you start the medicine for the first time it is advisable to use condoms for the first 14 days. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Good posture plays a key role in your spine health, helping to prevent additional back and neck pain and even injuries to spinal structures. Try to be aware of your posture and make good posture part of your normal routine. -head up, shoulders back, rear tucked under -Stand and walk with correct posture -Sit with support -Lift and carry carefully -And finally, keep moving:-Maintaining a static position for too long—more than twenty or thirty minutes at a time—is hard on the back. Prolonged static posture can slowly deplete elasticity from the tissues. By simply moving—be it a change of position, a stretch, or a short walk—the tissue elasticity needed to protect your joints can be restored and the associated discomfort reduced. -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT current can give you relief. -Consult a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your back pain. Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.
