Along with your mentioned medicine you must start some ayurvedic medicine. We provide you. Some causes behind the dark circles are hereditary, aging, dry skin, prolonged crying, working for long hours in front of a computer, mental or physical stress, lack of sleep and an unhealthy diet. Take homoeopathic medicine Ferrum Phos 6X (3 tabs) twice a day for 15 days and revert. Follow the tips: *Get an adequate amount of sleep. *Drink at least 8 -10 glasses of water everyday. *Eat vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin A to prevent dark circles around eyes. *Avoid stress. *Gently massaging almond oil or olive oil around the eyes during nights can give great results in reducing the dark circles.

This is not related to any ageing proces but it shows that slowly you are losing confidence and forbidding from or making excued to meet friends or relatives.-------------------------self-confident people are admired by others and inspire confidence in others. They face their fears head-on and tend to be risk takers. They know that no matter what obstacles come their way, they have the ability to get past them. Self-confident people tend to see their lives in a positive light even when things aren't going so well, and they are typically satisfied with and respect themselves. I am working on computer whole day eyes are stressed out what can I do for betterment of my eyes.
Too much of computer work causes eye muscle fatigue and dry eyes. Follow the tips mentioned below #1 take two minutes break every half an hour or one hour. Blink eyes 20-30 times #2. Rotate the eyes clockwise and anti clockwise 10 times each #3. Do palming. #4. Walk 20-30 steps and resume work.

Dear sir most causes of sleeplessness are due to wrong habits and the good news is that it is very very easy to cure them 1. You have to first have a natural circadian rhythm a. Try to go to sleep and get up at the same time every day. B. And wake at the same time 2. Food a. Do not take coffee or tea after 6 pm b. Milk can be taken 3. Light a. Cover the windows and doors with curtains and avoid light b. Avoid watching tv lying in bed c. Avoid mobile phones / tablets 4. Exercise a. Walk for 45 minutes after dinner b. Take a bath after that try the above simple techniques for two weeks and let me know how much you have improved all the best.
