I think you are addicted to smartphone or laptop leading to dryness .Most of software professionals don't know how to work on computer for long time without giving trouble to eyes. While working on computer number of blinking drastically goes down from around 24 per minute to around 8 per minute leading to severe dryness causing burning, eyestrain, blurring of vision & headache. One should try to have normal blinking while working on computer, should look away from screen after every 10 minute , should take rest for 10 minute after every 2 hours& should wear antiglare glass. Software professionals should use lubricating eye drops 4-5 times daily (Systane ultra)&genteal gel once at bed time.

I am a software engineer so when I am looking at system for some time my eyes are getting red and water is coming from eyes. So shall I want to take spects?

MBBS, MS - Ophthalmology
Ophthalmologist, Delhi
This seems to be due to dryness of eyes because of continuous working in front of computer screens. Try to take frequent breaks in between your work, wash your eyes frequently, and use some lubricating drops if still not relieved.

Clean your eyelid. Gently wash the affected eyelid with mild soap and water. Place a warm washcloth over your closed eye. To relieve pain, run warm water over a clean washcloth. Wring out the washcloth and place it over your closed eye. Re-wet the washcloth when it loses heat. Continue this for 5 to 10 minutes. Then gently massage the eyelid. Repeating this two to three times a day may encourage the sty to drain on its own. Because the stye looks like a pimple, you might want to squeeze it. Don't do that. It can make things worse. If the stye is sore, you can try a pain reliever like ibuprofen (Advil or Motrin). Don't wear eye makeup, and switch to glasses if you wear contacts. After the stye has healed, make sure you clean and disinfect your contact lenses For this homeopathic treatment is very effective For more details you can consult me.

Stockings won't help now as itvis already grade 3 and blackening had already started. You have 2 choices either to go for Sclerotherapy or laser ablation. Sclerotherapy has much recurrence in future, so laser therapy is the ultimate option remains now. Even you need to have grafting also. For further assistance contact me.

Contact lens requires a lot of care and are expensive stuff. Moreover you must have to be very careful in placing and taking out contact lens from eyes. For those person who are into field jobs or drive 2 wheelers, contact lens are not recommended as dust particles can damage lens thus damaging eyes. But now a days contact lens is a common practise and if you can handle it with care then you can opt for lenses but always wear good quality daily wear disposable contact lenss of a good company like PURE VISION.

Let I take the medicine for leg pain or eye pain and further I am suffering from an ear problem?
Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.
