How to maintain a good health of eyes? I'm a heavy user of mobile and computer and I feel tiredness in eyes and I'm addicted to mastrubation to get some sleep.
My left eyes becomes red. A slight redline occurs. What is that means? Low blood pressure? Diabetic. Or something else. Im not having any health issues. Only have skin allergy.
I am 17 year old and face the problem of blurriness after using tablet pcs for sometime and face problems to see words from distance.

Eye examinations are important to help you find eye problems like glaucoma (a condition wherein the optic nerve is damaged, resulting in vision loss). A comprehensive eye examination can help in identifying problems like nearsightedness, farsightedness or astigmatism (an eye defect that occurs to a deviated spherical curvature).
