Homoeopathic medicine PHYSOSTIGMA Q ( SBL) Drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily NATRUM MUR 6X ( Dr Reckeweg) Chew 4 tab twice daily Preferably Early morning EYE BALL ROTATION EXERCISE 20 times clockwise nd 20 times Anticlockwise completes one cycle.Repeat cycles at least 5 times in start reaching upto 20 in 3 months.You can do this eye exercise any time during the day but morning time while seeing towards the red light of Sun when it is not completely risen,is the best time,dont see directly towards Sun. Diet for EYESIGHT Lutein and zeaxanthin are both important nutrients for eye health,6 as both of them are found in high concentrations in your macula—the small central part of your retina responsible for detailed central vision. More specifically, lutein is also found in your macular pigment – known for helping to protect your central vision and aid in blue light absorption—and zeaxanthin is found in your retina.Estimated daily dose of lutein is 10 mg per day, and at 2 mg/day for zeaxanthin. Both lutein and zeaxanthin are primarily found in green leafy vegetables, although zeaxanthin is far scarcer than lutein. Kale and spinach are two of the most lutein-rich foods, but you'll also find it in carrots, squash, and other orange and yellow fruits and vegetables. Both lutein and zeaxanthin are carotenoids called xanthophylls, which give plants and vegetables their yellow-orange color, and the name "lutein" comes from the Latin word "luteus," which means "yellow." If you remember this, it may help you pick out vegetables that are likely to contain higher amounts of these two nutrients. Egg yolk is another source of both lutein and zeaxanthin that is well absorbed by your body Most of the dark green leafy vegetables, previously recommended for a higher intake of lutein and zeaxanthin, have 15-47 percent of lutein, but a very low content (0-3 percent) of zeaxanthin. study shows that fruits and vegetables of various colors can be consumed to increase dietary intake of lutein and zeaxanthi It is also important to note that lutein is an oil-soluble nutrient, so if you eat the vegetables without some oil or butter your body can't absorb the lutein. Adding a little bit of healthy fat, such as olive oil, coconut oil, or raw organic butter, will maximize your lutein absorption. I have red eyes from last two months. I really disturb from it. How can I control it?

Eyes appear red because the vessels at the surface of the white portion of the eye (sclera) become swollen. Vessels may swell due to: • Eye dryness • Too much sun exposure • Dust or other particles in the eye • Allergies • Infection • Injury Eye infections or inflammation can cause redness as well as possible itching, discharge, pain, or vision problems. These may be due to: • Blepharitis: Swelling along the edge of the eyelid. • Conjunctivitis: Swelling or infection of the clear tissue that lines the eyelids and covers the surface of the eye (the conjunctiva). This is often referred to as "pink eye." • Corneal ulcers: Sores on the cornea most often caused by a serious bacterial or viral infection. • Uveitis: Inflammation of the uvea, which includes the iris, ciliary body, and choroid. The cause is most often not known. It may be related to an autoimmune disorder, infection, or exposure to toxins. The type of uveitis that causes the worst red eye is called iritis, in which only the iris is inflamed. Homoeopathic medicine EUPHRASIA 30 ( Dr Reckeweg) Drink 2 drops direct on tongue every 2-3 hrly CINERARIA /EUPHRASIA EYEDROPS ( SBL ) pour into eyes 1-2 drops 3 times daily Wear Goggles in Sunlight/Polluted areas.

Yes, definitely it can increase. Any stressful situation for body will increase blood pressure. This, in the simple term I said you. :) Hope you understood. So if you feel like eye problems leading to High Blood Pressure, you can consult an ophthalmologist and get cleared up and you can get clear-cut cause of it and can workout in that direction so your BP will also remain in normal levels. Hi 5 simple tricks to sharpen thinking and memory skills using these memory-enhancing techniques can help improve your ability to learn new information and retain it over time. 1. Repeat one of the golden rules of learning and memory is a repeat, repeat, repeat. The brain also responds to novelty, so repeating something in a different way or at a different time will make the most of the novelty effect and allow you to build stronger memories. Examples of using repetition include: taking notes repeating a name after you hear it for the first time repeating or paraphrasing what someone says to you 2. Organize a day planner or smart phone calendar can help you keep track of appointments and activities and can also serve as a journal in which you write anything that you would like to remember. Writing down and organizing information reinforces learning. Try jotting down conversations, thoughts, experiences. Review current and previous day's entries at breakfast and dinner. If you use a planner and not a smartphone, keep it in the same spot at home and take it with you whenever you leave. 3. Visualize learning faces and names is a particularly hard task for most people. In addition to repeating a person's name, you can also associate the name with an image. Visualization strengthens the association you are making between the face and the name. For example: link the name sandy with the image of a beach, and imagine sandy on the beach. 4. Cue when you are having difficulty recalling a particular word or fact, you can cue yourself by giving related details or'talking around' the word, name, or fact. Other practical ways to cue include: using alarms or a kitchen timer to remind you of tasks or appointments. Placing an object associated with the task you must do in a prominent place at home. For example, if you want to order tickets to a play, leave a newspaper ad for the play near your telephone or computer. 5. Group when you're trying to remember a long list of items, it can help to group the items in sets of three to five, just as you would remember a phone number. This strategy capitalizes on organization and building associations and helps to extend the capacity of our short-term memory by chunking information together instead of trying to remember each piece of information independently. For example: if you have a list of 15 things on your grocery list, you can group the items by category, such as dairy, produce, canned goods, and frozen foods. I hope this helps. I am 22 years old, and I have -3.00 power in both eyes. How should I keep it good?

Normally the number gets stabilise after 18yrs of age. There is no major role of food or any other thing in keeping it good. Use of goggles outside to protect against ultraviolet rays and eating green leafy vegetables and fruits may have some effect.

Hi, I had my eye checkup today. My right eye shows .25 spherical that is okay I guess but my left eye is .75 cylindrical 90 degree! Should I get a spect? What will be better glasses for me! I am a graphics designer so computers take my 70% time of the day. Please guide. I have continuous nausea feeling and headache and tiredness whole long day.

Get the spect made in Resilens & wear it throughout the day. The symptoms will go away. If they still remains, then you hv to take treatment for Migraine also.

Lasik surgery can be done if you are having a normal curve for cornea and there is no risk till 50 years of age and surgery can be suggested only after clinical examination
