To maintain healthy eating habits build strength gain muscle mass lose fat and to enhance endurance 

A. Food fuels the body and without proper nutrition there would be setbacks. Eat organic food as much as possible to maintain balanced diet which consists of fruits vegetables complex carbohydrates complete proteins and fats including fish oils and flax seeds

B. Cook healthy bake grill steam or sauté rather than breading and deep frying 

C. Sleep deprivation can lead to low energy levels compromised mental strength and poor recovery from workouts. And have seven to eight hours of sleep.

D. Burn calories by taking simple steps such as standing up more at work, taking stairs instead of elevator and parking car away from the office, walk briskly whenever possible.

E. Muscle tissue grows when you give body time to relax and recover following workouts. Hence rest is very important.

You are a medical student and you should have knowledge about your mind and behavior patterns. Negative thinking is always a problem. Your ambition is determined by your aptitude and attitude makes you do things ambitious. I think, you did not get the course you wanted to do, or you had some sort of disappointment in your life. Hello, You should have green leafy vegetables, fruits and protein rich food. Consume vitamin C-rich food by eating plenty of fruits like orange, lemon, sweet lime, grape fruit, and grapes. Eat wholegrain foods instead of processed, refined foods such as wheat flour (maida). Also, whole fruit instead of fruit juice will maintain insulin and blood sugar levels. Avoid cakes, pastries, junk food, colas, jams and pickles. Eat foods that are high in fiber as they will also cause a slower, more controlled rise in blood sugar and insulin levels. Incorporate legumes and vegetables in your diet as they’re high in fiber and nutrients and will manage your sugar levels. Combine protein and carbohydrates as protein helps to regulate the blood sugar spike caused by the carbs. Eat small, healthy meals more frequently to manage cravings and hunger pangs and NEVER miss breakfast! Corn, soy, cottonseed, and grapeseed oils should be avoided. Avoid soy products. Also avoid chemical preservatives, additives, artificial sweeteners and colorings. At last, you should consult a nutritionist for better guidance.

Hi,Male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia.Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. There is nothing you can do about the results except to wait and accept the outcome. If you have written well, you can expect good results. Do not waste time and energy and your mood on that eventuality but go ahead and occupy yourself with the next important thing to do to use your vacation time usefully. Otherwise, you will spoil your whole vacation worrying uselessly about something you can do nothing about, now.

Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. To make hair grow you need to stimulate, moisturize, and cleanse. Use a soft bristle scrub brush for the face and use circular motions using a eucalyptus, menthol, and/or peppermint type cleanser or lotion. The invigoration of the brush and cleanser/moisturizer will wake up that hair follicles and gives them a signal to produce.

Hi I just got cesarean 16 days ago. After 1 week my doctor removed the stitches and made me to wear a belt next day I found it bleeding from incision I called up my doctor and she's dressing me 3 days once. 2 days or 3 days once it bleeds. For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Hello, more than soap, what is required is sun protection. He must be going to school, doing activities, playing, that will make him dark and tanned. -give him vitamin c rich food -put lotus kids sun screen on him everyday on exposed skin areas. - make him wear a cap when he goes out to play. -you can de-tan his skin using yogurt and keeping for 15 minutes.

You may be having allergic rhinitis or some nasal problem like dns deviated nasal septum, or nasal polyp. Do warm saline gargle regularly thrice daily for some times have home made freshly prepared lemo juices which is rich in vitamin c thereby helps increasing your autoimmune system to prevent infection. I was suffering from neurocysticercosis and is still under medication levipil 250 since 2015. Today I sat on a small stool and plucked off some weeds from my small kitchen garden for only about 1 hour but after I stood I felt like my legs are weak and couldn't hold my weight. My legs were like shaking from inside. And it lasted for about two hours after which I regained the original strength. I am pretty nervous regarding the condition. Please enlighten me about it.
