Sir/Madam, My mother is 63 years old. She is diabetic and heart patient. All medicine are properly and on time given to her. That means you are having erectile dysfunction. Now at this age, don't try drugs shown in TV/ newspaper. Talk to doctor, avoiding hesitation, have a check up done, because it's very important to treat the underlying cause, if you want permanent cure. And thus enjoy your life.

Breast will not get loose after having sex but due to hormonal changes there is changes seen in the breast and if you want you can regain your hymen by surgical procedure of hymenoplasty

Dear user you need a continued medicine for prolonged period of time along with strict dietary management for desired effect. Also note there will always be some fluctuations in parameters of blood biochemistry due to renal insufficency. At present you can at the most use Rhus tox 30 once daily. Rest protocal can be designed after thorough review of your reports n bp.

I am 27 yrs and for the past 1yr everyday morning once I get up I get sneezing and running nose. Irritation in nose and throat. Doctor has given me monticope tablet to take every night. If I take tablet, morning I am fine, if not that allergy is there. Is there any solution for this.

This is definitely allergy problem. U should continue this medicine but along with that start ezicas-f nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day for 2 weeks. Avoid exposure to dust.

I have Sleeping problem. I have had spent very irregular life for 2006 to 10. Then it was in controlled for for 2 years 2011-12. After that my office time became normal and its 9am to 6pm. But if I go to bed at 11 also I will be able to sleep at 2 am 3am and sometime 4 am also. And need to wake up at 9-10 am. I don't have that much stress in my life. Office life is also cool. Pretty bad dark circles below my eyes. I fell frustrated for the same. I have tried for 3 months for getting a proper sleep. But its not happening. Please help that I can get back my healthy life.

Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

When you get acidity use cold milk without sugar (milk kept in fridge these days not with ice) or have vanilla icecream 1-2 scoop or have 12 watersoaked almonds any of this will help from getting relief from acidity to reduce start your day with lukewarm honey and lemon water take as much water as you can avoid spicy, oily, sweets etc

Smelly Armpits - How To Prevent & Control It?

Body odour is a problem faced by a lot of people from all walks of life. It usually arises from the combination of sweat and living bacteria that naturally dwell in the human body. There are certain factors that are usually responsible for triggering it. Thick fabrics, stress, dietary habits that include excess caffeine intake, use of onions and garlic in the daily diet, or excess fat in the body are just a few to name. The most annoying of all body odours are smelly armpits! However, it is usually possible to keep the odour at bay. Here’s how we can control it.

Daily habits to practise

  1. Stay hydrated throughout the day. It allows the body to free itself from the toxic products, which contribute to the chemical formations that arise as a foul smell.
  2. Eat a lot of green vegetables and less amounts of onions, garlic and chillies in the diet, which will obviously increase sweat secretion.
  3. Avoid too much of caffeine and alcohol, which contribute heavily as stimulants of the sweat glands.
  4. Try to remain stress free; practice yoga and meditation as daily habits to keep your mind at a balance.

How do we recover from it?
The people, who generally do not have a healthy dietary or living habit, have to start living by the rules to get rid of this problem. Groom yourself:

  1. Start exercising to release your body from that extra load, remember to shower after exercising, as accumulation of sweat will again form an ally to the problem.
  2. Keep your underarms shaved. Although it is still not conventional for the men in the society to do so, it is very important, as there is more aggregation of bacteria around places where we have hair on the body. So shaving or trimming your armpit hair will definitely prove to be worthy.
  3. Maintain hygiene. Keep yourself clean and wear fresh clothes.
  4. Wear perforated fabrics that let your skin breathe, like silk and cotton.

If all the above mentioned steps have been followed, and the problem still persists, do not hesitate to see a doctor to strike a list of diseases off the list which also manifest in this problem, like hyperthyroidism, diabetes, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), leukaemia, tuberculosis and others. Maintain a healthy environment around you, follow a few simple steps, and enjoy a happy living. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dermatologist.
