Homoeopathic medicine ANTIWRINKLE CREAM ( BAKSON) Apply in circular fashion under eyess where skin is loose in circular fasshion at night You can prepare a great home remedy for under eye loose skin by using ½ tsp. of honey and ¼ slice of a raw potato. Mix honey in mashed potatoes to make a paste. Spread this paste on two cotton eye masks and put them on both the eyes, making sure that the masks are also covering the under eye wrinkles. Keep your eyes tightly closed so that the paste should not enter your eyes. After twenty minutes, remove the masks and wash the areas thoroughly with water. Mild wrinkles will almost go away immediately with this remedy. The darker and more stubborn lines will take a few weeks provided you are applying this remedy daily

He have dark circles over his eyes from past 5-6 years. How to overcome it or what is the cure? Please help me.

He have dark circles over his eyes from past 5-6 years. How to overcome it or what is the cure? Please help me.
Hi. Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, allergies, sinus infections and nasal congestions, lower eyelid laxity, fluid retention, hormonal imbalances, hyperpigmentation, aging, sun-exposure, insufficient sleep, worm-infestation, nutritional deificiency, working long hrs. On computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! management: eat healthy and on time. Avoid junk. Drink plenty of water (as dehydration can cause dull or patchy skin). Sleep well. Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. The area under your eyes has very sensitive skin, so never use chemical bleach. Reduce your stress/ tension through yoga, meditation or any other exercises (it not only improves your blood circulation, but also reduces the production of stress hormones by the body as well as increases happy hormones in the body). Use sunglasses regularly when you are in the sun and not to forget to apply a thick layer of bakson's suncare sunscreen liberally, 20-30 minutes before stepping out in the sun and apply the same again after 3-4 hours if you have exposure to sunlight for long hours. Medication: take homoeopathic medicines - cina 1m/ one dose daily at night for 10 days. Schwabe's alfalafa tonic/ 1 tsp thrice a day daily for 20 days and revert me back about the condition. Apply bakson's under eye cream twice daily (in morning and at night) and medicynth's whitch hazel cream - in morning and at night daily.

Psoriasis: Vulnerability to Health Conditions

Psoriasis: Vulnerability to Health Conditions

Psoriasis is the condition in which the infected skin cells multiply 10 times faster than the normal rate. During this disease, the normal skin tends to get covered by a layer of dead skin cells, not allowing the skin to breathe. People who suffer from psoriasis face an increased likelihood of contracting other serious medical conditions such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and psoriatic arthritis.

Psoriasis can erupt just about anywhere on the body, but it most often occurs on the scalp, chest, back, elbows, knuckles, and knees. If you have a mild case, the patches may hardly be noticeable. The worst cases produce unsightly patches almost everywhere.

Psoriasis can also affect fingernails and toenails, making them appear pitted and discolored. It can even cause significant joint pain, a condition known as psoriatic arthritis.

Most people who develop psoriasis are initially diagnosed in their teens, twenties, or thirties. The disease follows a very unpredictable course. That first flare-up may also be the last. Or it may signal the start of a lifetime of flare-ups that come and go for no apparent reason. Fortunately, when the lesions disappear, they leave no scars.

Here's a list of following unsafe health conditions created by psoriasis:

  1. CancerPeople experiencing psoriasis are subjected to an increased risk of contracting certain cancers like lymphoma. A study discovered that people diagnosed with psoriasis have an increased likelihood of 40% to contract cancer than the general population. The reason for this particular risk hasn't been yet understood.
  2. Kidney diseaseAccording to a 2013 study, published in the British Medical journal people with psoriasis have an increased risk of encountering kidney disorders. Severe and mild psoriasis increases the likelihood of kidney diseases by 58% and 36% respectively.
  3. ObesityPeople suffering from mild psoriasis are 30% likelier to be obese than those who are not. For people diagnosed with severe psoriasis the chances increase by 80%.
  4. Diabetes and high cholesterolHigh levels of triglycerides, total cholesterol and lipoprotein are present in patients with psoriasis, and these patients are 28% likelier to have high cholesterol compared to the general masses. According to a recent study, people with the condition have a 46% increased chance of suffering from Type 2 diabetes.
  5. Peptic ulcers and mood disordersIn some cases, peptic ulcers are also linked with psoriasis. The reason for this is attributed to inflammation. Psoriasis also leads to mood disorders like depression due to the pain and anxiety arising from the condition. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

Hi, You can apply homoeopathic Schwabe's Topi-Berberis ointment over them twice a day daily. But if there are pits on the skin, then they can only be taken care with various skin treatments like microdermabrasion, skin polishing, chemical peels, laser, etc. but getting totally rid off this is a bit not possible or else you can consult a dermatologist.

Hi, I feel pain and irritation at my back side anus because of which I did my MRI of FISTULAGRAM that mri report didn't confirm that I have piles or fissure BUT still I have pain there. please tell what should I do And through which check up I should go To get over it.

MBBS, MS - General Surgery, FIAGES
General Surgeon, Gurgaon
Hi getting to an exact diagnosis can be sometimes difficult. please consult a surgeon who after examination would confirm the exact diagnosis clinically and advice further treatment. Mri sometimes is very difficult to interpret .it will not tell you about piles or fissure. Conservative measures like taking laxatives ,taking certain medications either allopathic or Ayurvedic and eating high-fibre diet will relieve your problem temporarily .you can use these measures to get imediate relief. Definitely treatment for piles or fissure or fistula is surgical management . Laser treatment for pilea /fiasure /fistula is definite treatment .it is a 10 minute painless procedure, no dressing is required post surgery. Post surgery you will be on proper diet chart and certain pelvic floor exercises will be taught to you which will help you avoid constipation in long run. We at Gurgoan to laser treatment very frequently .you can contact through Lybrate for further details.
