Hello, My age is 51 years. Since few week I am having small pain in my Right foot bottom & Left ankle. For further info I am not having any disease like B.P / Diabetics or so. Now I want to know if I shall show to any doctor or can anyone help me by providing permanent remedial advice. Thanks in Advance. Waiting for reply.

symptoms are not clear.... but can take ... hot fermentation. avoid prolonged standing and walking avoid painful movement. ankle mobilization and strengthening exercises.

take rest properly. avoid forward bending of neck. use thin pillow. be careful for correct posture during office hours. do neck strengthening exercises take hot fermentation.

Take proper rest. Take hot fermentation. Do back strengthening exercises. Avoid forward bending and heavy lifting. Avoid prolonged sitting and standing. Do walk regularly.
