Hello, Start taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.

Hi, Here are some tips for fairer skin: -Soak some almonds in water overnight, remove their skin in the morning and grind them. Add a teaspoon of gram floor, one teaspoon of milk and 4 drops of lime juice. Make a paste, mix it well and apply it on you r face. Regular massage gives you long lasting clear and fair skin. -Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a facepack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin. -Take one tomato, grate it well and mix it with 3-4 drops of lime juice. Apply it on your face wait for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat it daily and feel the change on your face. -A mixture of egg white, milk cream and honey works excellent against skin tanning. Mix tomato juice with honey or yogurt and apply it daily on skin to remove tanning. -Make dilute paste of mint leaves and almond seeds with warm water. Wash your face and neck with this water and wash again with clean warm water. You can add mint leaves in regular bathing water to get glow and freshness to your skin. -To remove skin marks, apply a mixture of carrot juice and pineapple juice to skin twice a week. This not only removes the marks but also adds shine to your skin -Make a facepack with red sandalwood powder and coconut milk is the best recipe for glowing skin. -Do not allow your face and neck skin to come directly in contact with sunlight. Use good sunscreen lotion. Above all, regular exercise (yoga, gymnastic, aerobics etc), intake of healthy nutritious food, keeping a positive attitude, avoiding stress/ anger/ anxiety/ fear/ jealousy/ aggressive nature as much as possible as it affects skin, it's colour and glow!

Eating chewing gums is a good exercise for your jaw. It is not a healthy habit to keep chewing gums. It has nothing to do with your skin and health. Do not chew it all the time. If you swallow a gum in your sleep it can be very dangerous.

apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.......

What should I do for blood purification and what healthy diet should I follow to get clear skin.
You need to make your daily water intake to more than 2.5 liters. Include fresh fruits to your daily routine intake avoid spicy, fried and oily food items along with aerated drinks do regular workout and pranayam (deep breathing practices) sleep for 7-8 hours a day be happy and try to avoid stress for blood purification, along with above include fresh turmeric, neem, giloy, aloevera and amla juice consumption make sure that you are not having some chronic problem so go for a complete blood count and liver function test.

I am 32 years old male suffering from plaque psoriases since past 25 yrs. I am using clobetasol di propionate with salycilic acid for many a years some times every 15 days sometime every 7 days sometime every 2 days I require to apply it to keep in control. Now I ve stretch marks all over And legs well due to edema too. Sunlight worsens my flares. Methotrexate gives me nausea for 2 days I can't take it. please suggest me something rather than ask me to visit a dermatologist. Thanks.

Hello, psoriasis is a type of autoimmune disorder which has no permanent cure in any pathies! but, symptomatic medication can be given to relieve the sufferings which you are having for the past 25 yrs. There might be periods of flare up as well as amelioration. Along with the oral medicines, you need to maintain a healthy and stress-free lifestyle too! take more protein, vitamin a, c, e intake and drink 10-12 glasses of water per day. Always protect your skin from sunlight exposure, carry an umbrella, wear hat, apply sunscreen 20-30 minutes before stepping out under the sun. Cut your nails, avoid scratching the skin, wear cotton clothes including inners as well, avoid rubbing the skin and friction to the skin, keep your skin moistened, do exercises sp. Stress-releasing like pranayam, anulom-vilum avoid stress continue the intake of allopathic medicines along with homoeopathy (and in case you want to stop allopathic treatment, reduce the frequency of use gradually and slowly and not abruptly!). Take homoeopathic medication - schwabe's calcarea fluor. 12x and kali sulph. 6x - both thrice a day daily. Use schwabe's skin care bathing bar.

Hello, skin rashes can be treated with the following medication:- 1. Take rhus tox 30, 3 drops in the morning, empty stomach. 2. Take arsenic 30, 3 drops in the night at bed time. 3. Take azadirachta 1x, 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Apply topi azadirachta ointment on the rashes.
