Dr. what were the reason for a late periods. I was having accurate 28 days gap and now its 33 day i'm not having it.

MD Hom., Certificate in Food and Nutrition, BHMS, Diploma In Yoga
Homeopath, Indore
Dr. what were the reason for a late periods. I was having accurate 28 days gap and now its 33 day i'm not having it.
There are various reason of missed periods like Pregnancy- If your period is late and you've had unprotected sex, take a home pregnancy test. A week after the date you expected your period gives the most accurate results, but many home test manufacturers promise to detect human chorionic gonadotropin (better known as hCG, the hormone released during pregnancy) sooner. Other reasons may be - 1 Stress, 2 Illness, 3 Weight, 4 Excessive exercise, 5 Change in schedule, 6 Medication, 7 Hormonal imbalance, 8 Thyroid disorder. So you need to exclude above reasons. Take plenty of water to hydrate yourself ,to eliminate toxins, to absorb nutrients to nourish your body, establishing your flow. Go for meditation to reduce your stress, anxiety to calm your nerve to ease your stress, improving Oxygen volume in order, to improve hemoglobin level. Your diet be simple, non- irritant, easily digestible on time to maintain your digestion, avoiding gastric disorder. Take, Apple, carrots, cheese, milk, banana, papaya, pomegranate, spinach, almonds, walnuts. If then too your period didn't come then do consult a good homeopath. And for my opinion contact me.

FLUSH FAT OUT OF THE BODY
Do you know that we can generally flush out 4% of the body fat through urine if we keep ourselves well hydrated. Such good news and so simple to do; just drink 3 liters water and you increase your chances to fit into a size smaller.

I am 19 year old girl. I had sex with my partner from 6th aug to 10th aug and we used to withdrawal method and sometimes without condom but on 8th august we had sex and he ejaculated sperm inside then I take i-pill in approx 10 hours after that we had sex with condom only and previous month I had periods from 21july-26july but today is 29th aug I am very much worried about my periods are not coming please help me out from this that what to do should I wait or what? And why all this happening?

Diploma in Anesthesia, MBBS
General Physician, Hyderabad
Withdrawal method is most unreliable should not be used in your situation meaning premarital sex and all. At this stage you can only wait till 45 th day of your previous period and get pregnancy test done. Basing on the result you have to act. Question of why all this happening is absured, having perfromed some action, you expect the body not to react? So donot panick, wait till the pregnancy report and for every thing there is a solution. Good luck.

Your penis don't go inside vagina of your gf and discharge occurs and second time, erection is not hard. I advice you to do foreplay of 15 to 20 minutes before going for sex. This will help to excite your partner and opens her vagina. Follow this and give feedback.

Walking barefoot decreases loading on the lower extremity joints in knee osteoarthritis.
Shakoor n1, block ja.
Author information
Abstract
Objective:

To evaluate the effects that modern shoes have on gait and lower extremity joint loads in osteoarthritis (oa).

Methods:
Gait analyses were performed on 75 subjects with knee oa while they were wearing their everyday walking shoes and while they were walking barefoot. The trials involved optoelectronic detection of external markers during ambulation over a multi component force plate, and were matched for speed. Comparisons were made of gait parameters and joint loading during trials in which the subjects walked while wearing shoes and while barefoot.

Results:
Peak joint loads at the hips and knees significantly decreased during barefoot walking, with an 11.9% reduction noted in the knee adduction moment. Stride, cadence, and range of motion at the lower extremity joints also changed significantly, but these changes could not explain the reduction in the peak joint loads.

Conclusion:
Shoes may detrimentally increase loads on the lower extremity joints. Once factors responsible for the differences in loads between with-shoe and barefoot walking are better delineated, modern shoes and walking pra.

How many days sex need in 28 period cycle .when. We can stop it before next periods date or if periods no came after ...
Dear lybrate user. Sex is always enjoyed if it is done with love, passion and affection. The love making time is important. It should be within 30 minutes. The more you try to extent it, the more you and your partner will be stressed and therefore the pleasure associated with orgasm will be simultaneously reduced. Therefore, limit the sexual performance to less than 30 minutes. Sex is energy consuming and your body needs proper rest and nutrition replenishment after every sex. Also keep in mind that you should provide 24 hours gap between two sexual intercourses. Sexual intercourse is not advised in the cases of stress, anxiety, physical fatigue, cough, cold etc... Take care.

Hi, I got married on 8th July 2016, we are planning kid after 3 year. I am 26 and my wife is also of 26, My question is How can I plan a healthy kid and painless pregnancy of my wife? We are non vegetarian, I am a smoker but she don't. Do we need any type of medical tests before we proceed for children. What should be in our diet for full sperm and eggs. I know this is not a good question to be asked, because no any husband think for their children before pregnancy.

IVF Specialist, Sahibganj
Hi, I got married on 8th July 2016, we are planning kid after 3 year. I am 26 and my wife is also of 26, My question ...
Hi, I think you should have a healthy diet which may contain lots of fruits and green vegetables. In non vegetarian diet, you can have more of fish and less of red meat. But all these things are for your own health. Whenever you plan for pregnancy, just meet a doctor for preconceptional counselling. You should quit smoking as it may lead to semen problems and erectile dysfunction also. Hope I have answered your question. If you have any other query I will be happy to help.

Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery!

MBBS, Dip.Cardiology, Fellowship in Clinical Cardiology(FICC), Fellowship in Echocardiology
Cardiologist, Ghaziabad
Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery!

In coronary artery disease (CAD), the arteries that supply blood and oxygen to your heart muscle grow hardened and narrowed. You may try treatments such as lifestyle changes, medicines, and angioplasty, a procedure to open the arteries. If these treatments don't help, you may need coronary artery bypass surgery.

The surgery creates a new path for blood to flow to the heart. The surgeon takes a healthy piece of vein from the leg or artery from the chest or wrist. Then the surgeon attaches it to the coronary artery, just above and below the narrowed area or blockage. This allows blood to bypass (get around) the blockage. Sometimes people need more than one bypass.

The results of the surgery usually are excellent. Many people remain symptom-free for many years. You may need surgery again if blockages form in the grafted arteries or veins or in arteries that weren't blocked before. Lifestyle changes and medicines may help prevent arteries from becoming clogged again.

Homeopathic Treatment For Gynaecology Problems!

Homeopathic Treatment For Gynaecology Problems!

Women suffer from a range of gynaecological problems ranging from menstrual irregularities and fertility issues to menopause and STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease). In most cases, it is an imbalance of hormones that cause gynaecological problems and strong medication is not required. Homeopathy is a holistic form of alternative medication that takes into account the physical, mental and emotional symptoms of a patient and addresses the root of the problem. It has negligible side effect and hence can be prescribed for women of all ages. During a woman’s teenage years, homeopathy can help regulate hormone production and hence treat associated puberty changes and skin conditions like acne. In her later years, homeopathy can also help treat fertility issues as well as ease pregnancy-related issues. Here are a few gynaecological problems that can be treated with homeopathy.

  1. Irregular Menstruation- Pulsatilla and sepia are excellent remedies for treating menstrual difficulties. Pulsatilla can be used to treat missed periods as well as excessive bleeding and painful periods. In most cases, the women who benefit from this remedy are emotional, timid, thirstless and averse to fats. Sepia is used to treat early or scanty menses in cases where women also complain of being tired, irritable and prefer solitude.

  2. Fertility Issues- Problems that arise out of a weak uterus such as infertility or miscarriages in the first trimester can be treated with Caulophyllum. In such cases, the woman often complains of pain and stiffness in the joints and has erratic mood swings. A loss of libido caused by excessive alcohol, drugs or sex can be treated with Agnus castus.

  3. Pregnancy Related Issues- Cimicifuga can be used to treat nervous mothers who worry excessively about the foetus and tend to suffer from rheumatic pains. Morning sickness is a common complaint of pregnant women and can be treated with Ipecacuanha.

  4. Postpartum Depression- After giving birth to their baby, many women suffer from postpartum depression and feel disconnected to their baby. This can be treated with Nux Vomica and Lilium Tigrinum. The former helps treat ambitious women who may feel resentful of having had to give up their careers because of the new born baby. Lilium Tigrinum is used to treat depression that involves constant weeping and irritability.

  5. Menopause- Menopause affects every woman in a different way. Lachesis is a homeopathic remedy that can be used to treat hot flushes, palpitations and feelings of being suffocated while asleep. Excessive menses and a tendency to haemorrhage can be treated with ustilago. This can also be used to treat uterine fibroids. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a homeopath and ask a free question.
