1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Keep your things clean and clutter-free. That helps us think clear and thus reducing levels of anxiety. 4. Say thank you often. Expressing your thanks for something helps reduce anxiety. 5. Eat smart. Eating more of foods which are rich in vitamin b and omega-3 fatty acids and also healthy whole grain carbs. Vitamin b contributes to good mental health. While omega 3 fatty acids help with both depression and anxiety. Whole grain foods boost serotonin and helps us remain poised. Eating high-sugar content food and processed foods can increase levels of anxiety. 6. Learn to breathe well and relax. Short, shallow breaths arise when you are tensed. Reduce the noise and clutter talk that contributes to anxiety. Find time for yourself and be alone to muse upon your own matters without anyone disturbing you. 9. Worry. Yes, we can cause ourselves to freak out, but only for a certain amount of time. When something weighs heavily on your mind, or you believe something terrible is most definitely going to occur, commit to only creating that worry for 20 minutes. Think of all the possible outcomes of the scenario, figure out some game plans, and then quit thinking about it after 20 minutes go by. Have a friend call after the allotted time has passed to avoid the temptation of going over the time limit. Or schedule some of that playtime right afterward. 10. Plan for the future but do not worry about it. Make time tables and to-do lists so that you will not be worried about finishing stuff and so that you can increase your productivity. 11. Be positive. When you feel anxious, train your mind to think and feel positive and give reinforcement to yourself that you can handle any situation. This will significantly reduce your stress and anxiety symptoms. 12. Smell relaxing stuff. Go out to your garden. Smell a fresh rose. Take a deep breathe and allow the relaxation to course through your whole body. You can also use relaxing aroma therapy and use it indoors. 13. Go out and spend time with your friends and family. Spend time with your pets social support reduces anxiety and stress to such a great extent that it is almost always bearable. So next time you get on your nerves, go out with your friends, chat with them, watch a movie, spend some time watching the waves in the beach with your partner, talk to your siblings. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part--knee. Control diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Remove the beans from inside the pods, then put the beans in hot water. Simmer the water on low flame for hours until the beans become soft and tender. Strain the liquid and allow it to cool. Strain the liquid again. Drink it several times throughout the day to relieve kidney stone pain. This liquid should not be kept for more than 24 hours, as it will lose its therapeutic properties. ? It's important to be consistent because if you stop exercising, your blood pressure can rise again.-------------------- If you have slightly high blood pressure (prehypertension), exercise can help you avoid developing full-blown hypertension. If you already have hypertension, regular physical activity can bring your blood pressure down to safer levels.--------------------------------- The best types of exercise for lowering blood pressure include walking, jogging, cycling, swimming or dancing. Strength training also can help reduce blood pressure. Talk to your doctor about developing an exercise program.---------------------- 2. Eat a healthy diet--------------------------- Eating a diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and skimps on saturated fat and cholesterol can lower your blood pressure by up to 14 mm Hg. It isn't easy to change your eating habits, but with these tips, you can adopt a healthy diet:------------------ •Keep a food diary. Writing down what you eat, even for just a week, can shed surprising light on your true eating habits. Monitor what you eat, how much, when and why.--------------- •Consider boosting potassium. Potassium can lessen the effects of sodium on blood pressure. The best source of potassium is food, such as fruits and vegetables, rather than supplements. Talk to your doctor about the potassium level that's best for you.-------------------- •Be a smart shopper. Read food labels when you shop and stick to your healthy-eating plan when you're dining out, too.-------------- 4. Reduce sodium in your diet------------------------ Even a small reduction in the sodium in your diet can reduce blood pressure by 2 to 8 mm Hg.-------------------- The effect of sodium intake on blood pressure varies among groups of people. In general, limit sodium to less than 2, 300 milligrams (mg) a day or less. However, a lower sodium intake — 1, 500 mg a day or less — is appropriate for people with greater salt sensitivity, including: Anyone age 51 or older Anyone diagnosed with high blood pressure, diabetes or chronic kidney disease------------------------ To decrease sodium in your diet, consider these tips:------------------ •Read food labels. If possible, choose low-sodium alternatives of the foods and beverages you normally buy.------------------- •Eat fewer processed foods. Only a small amount of sodium occurs naturally in foods. Most sodium is added during processing.-------- •Don't add salt. Just 1 level teaspoon of salt has 2, 300 mg of sodium. Use herbs or spices to add flavor to your food.---------------- •Ease into it. If you don't feel you can drastically reduce the sodium in your diet suddenly, cut back gradually. Your palate will adjust over time.----

Yes he can take sugar free.. Avoid all fruits except guava,jamun,mausami,oranges etc..these he can take in plenty Ask him to exercise daily for 30 min minimum and drink plenty of fluids.. Avoid fast foods and too much of ghee in diet

I have problem of headache since very long time say 4 year. On initial stage it was not much significant and I did not take care of it and I kept ignoring it. But it started on regular and even daily basis. But since last 6 months its getting higher and higher. From last 6 months im getting so much disturbed by it. On one particular time of Every single day im getting headache in small right portion of head. It remains for around half an hour and it gets off by itself. And I can not tolerate it bcoz its so severe. And that time of Headache lies between 11 am to 2 pm. I have already concerned one Neurologist he had prescribed some medicine 1. MYFM (Escitalopram & Flupentixol Tabs) 2. UDP 5 (Amlodipine tabs) 3. Zix SR 200 (Aceclofenac sustained Release Tab. One more thing is that whenever im taking above mentioned tablets im feeling something weired at my chicks and at my brain while yawning. I feel like my veins are getting stretched or something. Any suggestions from you people?

Hi Adil ! Read your complaints. So you are suffering from a long time. You haven't mentioned about your blood pressure and even your profession or study. Above prescribed medicines are multiple in number and should not be taken for a long time not even for few days. You are too young to start these medicines. As I don't know about your lifestyle much, but one thing I can say surely is if you change your lifestyle u can get rid of all your complaints. Try to reduce stress if present. Have a confidence in yourself. Read good books and stay happy. You can also take homoeopathic medicines for headache.

You are not over eight yet you complain of belly fat. Therefore I suggest that you start yoga exercises. Add some protein in your diet. For this purpose start eating 200 gms of sprouted and steamed moong with curd in your breakfast. Do not eat fired foods. Eat lesser quantity of sugar and instead eat dates, and dry figs etc.

Hi lybrate-user follow an exercise regime for weight loss and fat loss achieve your dream figure. Find easy exercises for weight loss and keep fit in the most natural ways. Staying fit is essential for fighting diseases and leading a healthy lifestyle. Most of the people go to the gym for staying fit these days; however it’s not possible for all due to financial and time constraints. You can find many exercises for weight loss online, which helps you to lose weight within the comforts of your home. Out of the several exercises for weight loss, pick up the one that you are comfortable to do. You can also perform secondary yoga for weight loss. Initially, you may find it difficult, but after some time you will get used to it. Few workouts that can be performed at home for losing weight Bridge exercise is an effective exercise for weight loss at home. It specially concentrates on the abdominal area, hamstrings, the lower back and the gluteal muscles. You can lie on your back by keeping your arms to your sides. Now bend your knees and raise your hips by maintaining the back straight and keeping the feet on the floor. Keep the hips in a straight line with your shoulders and knees. Hold on for 30 seconds and gently retrieve your hips to the initial position. Repeat the process for few more minutes. Bridge is one of the most popular poses in secondary yoga for weight loss. Also Read: Weight loss tips Squats are great exercise for weight loss, and it concentrates on thighs, buttocks, and legs. A squat is a position in which you couch or sit with knees bent close to the heels with your thighs staying parallel to the floor. For making this exercise easier, you can try the same by sitting on a chair and standing up, now repeat this process numerous times. Overhead squats are also a part of the secondary yoga for weight loss. Push-ups: Push-up is any easy exercise for weight loss. It can be performed by simply lifting and lowering your body with the support of your arms. For doing triceps pushups, you can keep your hands on the floor right below the shoulders, while keeping your body straight. Now lower your chest by bending your elbows and retrieve to the initial position. If you find triceps pushup tough, then you can make it easier by keeping your knees on the floor. It is an excellent workout for chest, shoulders and arms. Leaps: Often referred to as skaters, they are excellent leg strengthening workouts. For performing perfect leaps, you can get into a semi-squat position and jump sideways and then land on your right foot. Repeat this process in the opposite direction and land on your left foot. Nowadays there is secondary yoga for weight loss, specialized with leaps and pilates. Bird-dog is a popular exercise, which is a part of the secondary yoga for weight loss. It concentrates on abs, spine, hips, and butt. For doing it, you can begin with a hands and knees position. Point your fingers forward and keep your hands under your shoulders, and the knees under your hips. Gently stretch your opposite leg and arms parallel to the floor. Hold this position for a few seconds without arching your back. Retrieve to the initial position slowly and repeat the process on both the sides. Many people find this secondary yoga for weight loss effective. Walking Lunges are considered to be one of the excellent exercises for weight loss. It helps to strengthen thighs and hips. Stand tall by keeping your feet shoulder-width apart. Now step forward with your right foot, land on your left knee and then on the forefoot. Keep your knees at about an angle of ninety degree. Stand on the forward leg with the help of rear leg. Repeat the process with both the legs. It can be also done by holding a pair of dumbbells in your hands. All the above-mentioned exercises for weight loss are easy to carry out at home. Everyday set apart a few minutes for performing these exercises for weight loss. Within a few weeks, you may feel the difference; your body will become light like never before.
