I am 34 years old. I am suffering from itching around my anus area (not in anus) since 2-3 months. I have tried ITCH Guard, Soframycin, Nuforce GM ointment, But there is no benefit. I have also taken antibiotic ESIMOX CV -625 for 3 days (once every day). I have maintained proper hygiene in that area. No piles, no bleeding, no itching in other parts, no visible abnormality in that area.

Hi, your anxiety issues, apparently, stem from your existing stomach ailments description of which pertains to ibs mostly. Do take plenty of water and stay hydrated. Have a healthy and balanced diet, with fresh and juicy fruits at least twice daily. Avoid citrus fruits. Avoid high calorie foods including fast foods. Simultaneously, also take a good multi-vitamin rich in b-vitamins, vitamin c, vitamin d3, vitamin e, omega-3 fatty acids and trace minerals including zinc, magnesium, potassium, calcium etc daily. Avoid all foods that you are allergic to and those which probably worsen your ibs symptoms. Restrict tea, coffee and sugary foods including carbonated beverages. Alcohol intake, if any, needs to be restricted completely. Do consume well ripened fruits especially papaya & banana. Buttermilk, with a pinch of fresh turmeric added, and coconut water too are immensely valuable in this condition. Do exercise daily for at least 30 minutes. Walking, in open air, is the safest as well as the best should you have no other health related constraints. Early morning yoga, pranayam and meditation shall also help you keep focussed, relaxed and help you connect with yourself better. It would facilitate face things, as they come, with ease and also enjoy every moment of your life by being able to give your best, irrespective of results. Hope this helps. Should you have issues still, you may connect with a gi specialist for further traction. Take care and all the very best.

Patients with Gastritis, acid peptic disease will have the feeling of fullness in upper abdomen when they are having the disease. Though there won't be much of visible distension of the abdomen. Fluid, flatus, faeces, fat and in female patients the fetus are the common reasons for gross distension of abdomen. Localised distension could be because of one of the enlarged abdominal organs like liver, spleen or others. Get examined by a surgeon. He will reassure you if he finds nothing abnormal on clinical examination. Or may advise you USG abdomen, endoscopy or CT scan depending on his provisional opinion. Good luck.
