Sir, I am getting effected by arthritis and feeling pain in my all fingers and back. I feel acute pain when I am idle for long time while rest day or during journey. I had consulted many doctors but no any progress are there. I am taking Etoshine 60 mg. By taking one Tab I find relieve for three to four day. Mostly feeling pain in the morning and evening during sleeping time. Could any body give me suggestion what yo do for its permanent solutions. All the test like HLA- 27, MRI of Spine is negative. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform me.

Masturbation is only an alternative to actual sexual inter course, it's inappropriate to label it as either good or bad. To masturbate or not is just a choice to make. If you masturbate to enjoy and relieve sexual anxiety, then as an alternative you can find better ways for relaxation and allaying anxiety. If you find difficult to control your urge to masturbate then you may have an obsessional problem, which needs management with certain medications and behaviour therapies. This back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start. In ayurved there is mentioned one procedure kati basti. Do this for five days with medicated oil if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation. So consult ayurvedic doctor near you. I feel sick after every 4-5 day. I suddenly lose my confidence without any reason. Tension increase even for very very small problem. I can not sleep well at night for continuous 3-4 days after every near about 15 days. What is main reason of my all above mentioned problems?

The reason could be just stress. 1. avoid caffeine found in coffee,tea , chocolate,cola,and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. . [Use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, TVs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Kali brom 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Berberis aquifolium q (10 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Can bleeding possible in pregnancy or not? If bleeding happened this means pregnancy has not happened?

Normally there is no chance of bleeding after implantation bleeding but if there is low lying placenta there may be chance of bleeding or may be due to another region of complication in pregnancy. It mean bleeding not always due to abortion. So, when there is bleeding during pregnancy then visit to doctor for proper management.

Usually during pregnancy food rich in fibre and folic acid i. E. Green leafy vegetable, protein like chicken, fish, pulses, mashroom and more fruits and dry fruit should comprise of healthy diet. In first 3 months there is increase chance of vomiting, so better to avoid more spicy and oily food. Folic acid tablets you should start immediately and sonography should be done 15 days after missed period and that is the time to show gynecologist.
