Managing stress during examination is very important to have focus in studies as well in focussing into that moment without any destruction or any external or internal interruption. Following few tips can be followed in order to attain success.

1. Focussing only one thing at a time 
2. Avoid repiting the mistakes and learn from the past 
3. Avoid unnecessary anxiety 
4. Plan the work accordingly

5. Practice the art of leaving the rest, and so on negative thoughts or thinking
6. Eat right kind of balanced diet with fruits and vegetables 
7. Do breathing exercises regularly not only during exam time as it strengthens the mind and relieves stress

8. Control social media as it should not control 
9. Play therapy like physical activity in stipulated time regularly 
10. Engaging with useful natural outlook regularly to avoid boredom

Take a well balanced diet rich in green leafy vegetables, omega 3 fats and proteins. Avoid fried and junk foods. Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes. Do yoga and pranayam.

1. It could be due to dehydration 2. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glasses daily) 3. If urine colour is still dark, get your urine examined for bile salt and bile pigment 4. Consult physician for further advice.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -some physiotherapy treatment like ift current can give you some relief. -a physical therapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and how to do them.

This is a difficult condition to treat. You must seek psychotherapy and medication for a long time. It is often a reaction to some stress that is quite traumatic which you may be able to identify that initially led to this development. You must work to connect with yourself and others quite frequently and develop some comfort in the long run relating to others. You have to be cooperative right through the treatment because it can be long term and arduous. You need the support of your family and friends while undergoing therapy. Exercise, diet, sleep, a tight time schedule, productive activities through the day, and taking care of your emotions will play a very important role in therapy, among other things.
