Hello Doctor, Last 3 months I am facing back pain. It feels warming, colding the areas and bit pain to right side. Also foots and legs are feels warm n not able to walk normally. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get an X-ray done. Get back to me thereafter.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

My elbow is flexed partially and iam not able to stretch it fully beyond a certain point. There is a pain at the tip of the elbow, but no swelling and redness. When i throw the cricket ball, there is a severe pain at the tip of the elbow and after that i cannot extend it for sometimes.

There could be a biceps contracture or a joint capsule contracture associated with triceps tendinitis. Get your X ray & MRI; then meet an Orthopedic.

I have a lower backache. I am Running outdoor, every 4 days per week. 5 minutes brisk walk following 5 min slow run. Next 5 minutes fast walk after that 7 to 8 minutes moderate and fast running then 5 min slow walk. Is this correct way or not?

Hello You have to correct your posture, also sit straight, do back strengthening exercises, and check your bikes shocker. Don't do long drive if it is have a break in between.

Hi I am a 37 year old woman suffering from diabetes since 7 years. I was on medicines all the while. Used to get abscess on leg regularly. Someone suggested me to stop using medicines 3 months back and I Did the same. After stopping the medicines, noticed that the abscess didn't occur again. Lybrate-user, please check blood glucose - fbs, pp & hba1c%, that will give an idea about diabetes status. Usually we do not advise any one to stop anti-diabetes treatment. Recurrence of abscess may be due to repeated infection of hair follicles, this can happen in diabetes. Invariably in well controlled diabetic patient these infections are well controlled. Cost depends upon which implants are being used, which hospital or doctor you choose, which room in hospital you choose like general ward or private room, ac or non ac room etc. Typically cost for thr with cheapest implants can be as low as rs 60, 000 when done in government or charitable hospital. And it may go as high as 10l rs in best hospital setup with best implant. So what do you want. At my setup, for best implants, total cost of thr goes upto 3.15 l in private room with ac. 2.85 l in shared ac room. I do not like to admit patient of thr in general ward or non ac rooms because of chances of infection.

hi dear U CAN DO IT Knees are the most commonly injured joints in the body. Considering that when you simply walk up stairs, the pressure across your knee joints is four times your body weight, it isn't surprising. Simple, everyday wear and tear can end up hurting your mobility. But it’s not too late. Like a rusty door hinge, with care and maintenance, you knees can be trouble free. Even if you already experience problems, exercising the muscles surrounding the knee joints— Quadriceps (front of thigh), Hamstrings (back of thigh), Abductor (outside thigh), and Adductor (inside thigh)—will help make your knees stronger and less susceptible to injury. Exercise keeps your joints from stiffening and provides needed support, making movement easier and reducing pain. Here are some exercises you can do to both stretch and strengthen the knee area: STRETCHES 1.Chair knee extension: Sitting in a chair, rest your foot on another chair so the knee is slightly raised. Gently push the raised knee toward the floor using only leg muscles. Hold for 5 - 10 seconds and release. Repeat 5 times on each leg. 2.Heel slide knee extension: Lie on your back, with left knee bent and left foot flat on floor. Slowly slide the left heel away from your body so both legs are parallel. Hold for 5-10 seconds, return to starting position. Repeat 5 times on each leg. 3.Knee flexion: Sitting in a chair, loop a long towel under your foot (resting on the floor). Gently pull on the towel with both hands to bend the knee, raising your foot 4 - 5 inches off the floor. Hold for 5 - 10 seconds, then release. Repeat 5 times on each leg. 4.Hamstring stretch: Standing, put one foot in front of you, toes up. With hands on the small of your back (or one hand holding a chair for balance), bend the opposite knee and hip (not your lower back), until you feel the hamstrings stretch. The upper body comes forward at the hip. Hold for 5 -10 seconds, then release. Repeat 5 times on each leg. STRENGTH TRAINING 1.Wall slide: Leaning with your back against a wall, bend your knees 30°, sliding down the wall, then straighten up again. Move slowly and smoothly, using your hands on the wall for balance. Keep feet and legs parallel, and do not allow knees to go out over the toes. Repeat 5 -10 times. 2.Bent-Leg Raises: Sitting in a chair, straighten one leg in the air (without locking the knee). Hold for about one minute. Bend your knee to lower the leg about halfway to the floor. Hold for 30 seconds. Return to starting position. Work up to 4 reps on each leg. 3.Straight-Leg Raises: Sitting in a chair, rest your foot on another chair. Lift the foot a few inches off the chair while keeping your leg straight. Hold for 5 -10 seconds. Return to resting position. Repeat 5 -10 times. (Also work on increasing the time, up to 2-3 minutes if possible.) 4.Abductor Raise: Lie on your side, propped on one elbow. The leg on the floor bent, the other straight. Slowly lift the top leg, hold for 5 -10 seconds, then lower. (Ankle weights will increase the intensity). Do 1-3 sets with 12-15 repetitions each. Remember to rest in between sets. 5.Hamstring Curl: Stand with the front of your thighs against a surface (a table or wall). Flex one knee up as far as is comfortable. Hold for 5 - 10 seconds, then lower slowly. If possible, do not touch the floor between repetitions. (Ankle weights will increase the intensity.) Do 1-3 sets with 12-15 repetitions each. Remember to rest in between sets. 6.Step-Ups: Stand in front of a step, like a sturdy bench or stairs, about two feet high (or less if necessary). Step up onto the support, straighten your knees fully (without locking them) and step down. Maintain a steady pace. If you are comfortable with your balance, pump your arms while doing this exercise. Start with 1 minute, slowly building your time. Gets your heart pumping too! 7.Stationary Bike: Biking is a good way to increase strength and range of motion. Make sure you have the right positioning of the legs. At the bottom of the pedal stroke, the bend in the knee should be 15 degrees. Start with 10 minutes and slowly increase your time. Depending on your current level of activity and mobility, a good start is 3 stretching and 3 strengthening exercises, 3-4 times a week. Stretching can be (and should be) done everyday if possible to prevent stiffness and achy joints. These stretches can be done a few times a day if needed I HOPE U WILL FITTT AND FINE

Hi, your pain is a postural defect which requires physiotherapy. Try to correct your sitting & sleeping postur, take, homoeo medicine: @ rhus tox 200-6 pills, thrice. @ arnica mont200-6 pills, thrice. Avoid, jerks, bending down to lift heavy weight. Take, care.

Leg exercise kijiye I hope you will fit and fine…………………………………….Resistance Band Hamstring Curls Begin this leg exercise lying on your front with a resistance band tied around your ankle. Slowly bend your knee tightening the muscles at the back of your thigh (hamstrings). Then slowly return to the starting position maintaining good control throughout the exercise. Perform 1 - 3 sets of 10 repetitions on each leg provided the exercise is pain free.

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Alcohol. Avoid alcohol consumption. Do pranayama early morning.
