There is no need for D&C or even laparoscopy. If after miscarriage u did not get pregnant by one full year, then only u have to take treatment. Maximum u can do HSG to test the tubes, but only after 1 full year. In the first place u did not need any treatment to get pregnant for the first time as u r just 2 years into marriage now. U r definitely getting excessive treatment too soon.

Five simple fertility boosting tips for men

Modern lifestyle - minimal physical activity, unhealthy food habits and stress - has a negative impact on overall health for all of us. While we may not realize the negative impacts of our so called modern lifestyle in our daily lives, our lifestyle actually affects every function of our body and leads to many disorders and diseases.

Infertility or subfertility among men is one such outcome of unhealthy lifestyle, and is on a rise these days. There are many biological factors which can affect a person's ability to father a child. However, in this piece I will only discuss the five most common and easily correctable lifestyle related factors, which affect the fertility in men. All these behaviors have the potential to adversely affect sperm production and/or maturation in men leading to poor count and/or quality of sperms. However, if addressed in time, these men can still regain their fertility potential and realise their dream of having a baby.

1.Body weight: obesity has a direct correlation with reduced fertility among both men and women. Unhealthy eating habits, minimal physical activity and genetic predisposition are three most important causes of obesity. Its important to understand that while no one can really address the genetic predisposition, it really are the other factors that allow genes to take an effect. So, if one can ensure having a balanced diet and adequate amount of physical activity, he can still keep the body weight under check.

2. Excessive caffeine intake excessive caffeine intake can affect the sperm motility, thereby reducing the speed of sperms and slowing down their journey inside a woman's body to reach the egg for fertilization. All this can be avoided by simply controlling the intake of caffeine. Please note that caffeine is found not just in coffee, but is present is big amounts in all carbonated and energy drinks. So, the trick is to avoid such drinks as much as possible.

3. Smoking: Smoking leads to dna fragmentation in the sperms, which increases the risk of miscarriage. Smoking also reduces the sperm motility, thereby reducing its potential to fertilize the egg. Smoking in the woman partner further reduced the fertility potential as it damages the dna in eggs also. I cant overemphasize on the need to immediately and permanently quit smoking in both the partners. One cant wait till the time they plan a pregnancy for quitting smoking - they have to do it now!

4. Alcohol consumption: its a myth that one can consume alcohol in moderate amounts and still remain healthy. Even so-called "moderate" alcohol consumption, generally defined as 30 - 60 ml per day, has a negative impact on fertility. Alcohol impact the sperm production process, thereby leading to reduced sperm count (called as azoospermia) and also affects the sperm maturation process, thus causing quality issues with sperms.

5. Stress: Its no secret that we live in an increasingly complicated world, which gives us not just physical but also serious mental stress. Mental stress and tension create a cycle of negative emotions and affect all the cognitive functions in the human body. Stress doesn't allow proper erection, which is essential for a successful effort at intercourse. One should try and remain as stress-free as possible and can also try stress busters such as yoga and meditation for a healthier lifestyle.

It doesn't require any magic or medications to help boost a man's fertility potential. These are all simple lifestyle measures everyone can manage on their own. All that is required is to allow the human body to work properly and then live a stress free life. Nature then takes its own course!

There can be many reasons for stomach pain not necessarily because of sexual intercourse so it will be better if you get her clinically checked from a gynaecologist to ascertain the reason and then take treatment in the meantime try tab meftal spas twice a day for one or two days and see if it helps.

Hello lybrate-user, the white deposition in the folds of the female genetalia is quite normal. It should be removed regularly. If it is not removed then it can provide a gud medium of infection mostly fungal. So I wud suggest you to remove it regularly. Method of removing it is if its not sticky then you can remove it with plain water while taking a bath. Kindly do not use any hard soap or scrub as it might lead to abrasions.

How to increase the internal lubricant for girl. Tell me sir naturally. And easy way.
Add some oil to your diet. Doing something as simple as swallowing one tablespoon of oil (canola, olive, sunflower, soybean) daily can add lubrication to your body. You can insert a vitamin E capsule vaginally for lubrication to ease the pain caused by female dryness. You don’t even have to break open the capsule; just insert and your vagina will dissolve it for you. You may want to do this at least 30 minutes before though. It’s one of the least expensive and most natural ways of treating vaginal dryness. If you find yourself in the heat of the moment you can also cut open the capsule and place the vitamin E oil in the palm of your hand, then put some on your finger or your partners and insert it into your vagina. When experiencing female dryness always lubricate yourself before having intercourse. You can try products such as Replens, as well as other lubricating products such as Astroglide and the old standby, K-Y Jelly. You can also go a more natural route and use coconut oil and other fruit and vegetable oils such as almond oil or olive oil as lubricants. Aloe vera/slippery elm paste is often used to soothe and lubricate an inflamed, dry vagina. Mix enough slippery elm powder into some aloe vera gel to form a thick paste. Apply inside the lips and up into the vagina. It will feel very cool and soothing. Another natural lubricant is saliva. Remember, a menopausal woman’s ability to lubricate is not totally gone, it just takes longer and requires more foreplay. Manual stimulation works fine, but oral stimulation works better and faster. The stimulation can take awhile, but if a woman needs longer to become lubricated, remember she will also get aroused during that time and her clitoris erect for orgasm.

Hello lybrate-user- pain during menses is due to improper tone of uterus muscles. Use dashmoolaristha 2 tsp twice daily for 10 days before menses. This single medicine will cure all of your menstrual problems (do not use the medicine more than ten days as the body will become habitual to it and will not respond quickly)

Hello, if there has been no ejaculation the second time chances are less even if the condom broke, but pre cum may be a concern. Moreover she is in the last week of her cycle so pregnancy chances are minimal.
